Welcome Fran and Susan,

I started out completely unaware - so you're already way ahead of me when I bought. I totally agree with finding one YOU can live with. Well, that you both can live with. I knew mine when I first set foot in it. Luckily I was able to get it at a very affordable price (for me at the time). Used with lower mileage - from a private seller. I'm on my 9th year fulltime and the only thing I'll say now - TAKE care of your rig. I did basics, but are somethings I wish I had known to do those first couple years that have come back to haunt me (although I think the damage was done prior to my ownership) - and I say this only because I'd love to keep this one longer and longer - love my home! But it'll be time to replace her in the next years ... might now just run her into the ground though.

In other words, I hope you find one you love as much as I do mine! Good luck.
Beth

Welcome Fran & Susan :D Enjoy the search--the "you'll know it when you find it" worked for me. Whatever works for you, well, I hope you find it! But you've already found "us," & that's a big step in entering the RV world! Happy travels 8-)

So Beth, can you tell the newbies like me just what you didn't do that should have been done? Thanks.
