Welcome to the forum. Sounds like whatever you decide to do, it will all be good. I love the Keys, but not sure I would in the summer. I sold my house in central FL in March, since I can't stand the summers there anymore. Am now a fulltimer who will return to FL in the winter, and travel to cooler climes in the summer.
