I am back.

Come on in and say hello.

I am back.

Postby hyatt2219 » Sun Aug 25, 2013 11:39 am

I am returning to once again try to convince myself that I can maneuver a small camper and have fun without the help of a man. I am a nurse of 37 years, work 12 hour shifts at Hospice. I am off several days at the time and would love to go on short trips close to home. As my confidence and experience improves, I would perhaps travel further. I live in between the beaches of North and South Carolina and the mountains of NC. I have not purchased a camper yet, but I am looking. I drive a Ford Sports Track. Any advise will be welcomed. Thanks, Deborah Hyatt

Welcome :D My partner is from the Hickory NC area. Pretty country, mountains and beaches near each other.

Welcome, Deborah. You can do it if you really want to. I The women here are amazing. You've landed in the right spot. Oh, you've been here before, I see. Good. You knew to come back. A big Texas welcome.

Hi Deborah,

I like to think I can do anything...without anyone!! But the truth is I try to do it all but it's nice to know there are plenty of people around that will be more than happy to lead you a hand if needed.

I'm new to RV'ing but had a boat and they are very similar. At the marina like the cg or rv park they usually offer more help than I need. I've learned to accept it and learn from it!!
