You can find the long saga of my transmission in the general topics, but the long and short of it is that they rebuilt my transmission and I had an independent mechanic install it. The independent failed to notice a leak in the cooler hose, which wrecked the new rebuild. Shucks removed, re-rebuilt, and reinstalled the new transmission for a very reasonable price.

As I write this I've just driven back across the bay on it, I'm hoping my kudo doesn't turn to a kudno in the next week. But so far things look good.

ok - I do have a definite complaint. I discovered they destroyed the vent over my bathroom when they raised the RV on the lift.
