Saw a blip about this on this AMs CBS Sunday Morning show as the entire show was about animals, especially our pets. I have downloaded a sample using my Kindle and think it will be a heartwarming read.

Love Dean Koontz, I'll have to look for it. I'm assuming this isn't one of his usual genre?

It's a wonderful book. Sharon, it's about Dean's first dog, named Trixie. Very sweet read, but have kleenex ready ...
