Oh my goodness, the Miss Seeton books have just been digitized! I'm so pleased. Now I can take them in the trailer without adding any weight. They're a wonderful send-up of both the detective genre and British village life in the late 50s/early 60s. Very funny!
The first five novels, by Heron Carvic, are the good ones. The series was continued by another writer, but those books are not nearly as funny.
