Last Sring I promised my sister-in-law that I would paint her an angel; she's crazy for Angels. So, since it is now six months later (having been out of the mood) I forced myself to fullfil my promise and finished it this morning. My SIL lives in Palm Desert CA and she wanted palm trees incorporated into the painting. I wanted the angel to be holding a rose and got a bit carried away with the roses..with no significant meaning other than one I comprised to make myself feel better and that is that maybe there is an Angel the permeates the beauty and gentle fragrance of a rose.

Of course a photo of the painting makes it appear alot crappier than it really is

Wow, that's beautiful! I used to collect angels, till I started getting too many that I didn't want to display with the nicer ones I had.
