So happy that you all like my work. This is only a portion of what I love to do. I am designing a painted canvas floorcloth runner for the RV right now to be used in the the summer and hope that I can weave a runner for the winter to keep the toes warm before I get the large looms sold. I love teaching anything that I do. Maybe at one of the get together's, I can give a demonstration and lesson to anyone that is interested. I know that for me, crafting is a way of life. When I am on the road working, I am in a strange town, working 12 hours a day 6 days a week for months dealing with angry people that I have to placate, as long as I can work on one of my numerous projects for a little while each evening, I get a good nights sleep and I am good for the next day.

A funny story... my ex did not like my crafting and I had to hide it when I heard his car because he would get angry. When I got the divorce, the first day it was final, I took out of hiding my sewing machine, fabric and everything else and put in his closet . That was my new craft area.

Wow you are talented! I am going to have to get you to teach me how to do digital scrapbooking. That is something I really want to learn. When you are in Florida this winter, it would be great if Barb and I could get to meet you. I am going to be close to Barb's house for a couple months.

Sorry, I won't be in Florida this winter. Still have to work. However, I know that I will run into you sometime next year.

Louise - do you have a digiscrapping site that you like to hang out at? I have found 2 new to me sites that I've been visiting a lot - Brownie Scraps for templates and Design House Digital.

Some of them would surely bring you some income if you chose to do so.

Extra income is my thought too. I'd like her to work on a few pieces so we can FINALLY open our Etsy shop (I'm guilty of procrastinating too). We've seen several artists who are RVers so in some capacity it can be done.

Maggie, I do not below to any group now. I have thousands of templates and digital scrapbooking art. I have a friend that belongs to several and she just kept sending them to me. I actually had to open another gmail account so that it was not clogging my regular account. I just checked that account and there is 3700 post with stuff attached that I have not even looked at.

I will be happy to teach anything you like, my RV rolling craft room will be open to all when we meet next year in Florida, I am even volunteering my daughter to make us something special. Sorry that I am still working and won't be released until June but after that, tell me where the party will be and I will be on my way. :D :D

Love your work.
I don't sew but noticed you mentioned Martha Pullen. She is from my home town and we are about the same age plus share a love of victorian and heirloom sewing (her doing it, me just the end results). I do recall her struggle to get business started and she nows runs a multi million dollar enterprise and has show on PBS carried nationwide. She still runs a design school here too. http://www.marthapullen.com/events/schoolofartfashion.html
If she could do it, you could too.
The only major handicap in life is a bad attitude!
