For those of you who do, or would like to, monitor your blood pressure (I had a stroke at 40 - bp 220/180 ), I just picked up this new monitor at Wallyworld ($55). I love it. You clamp it on your wrist and hold your left hand just below your right shoulder for about 10 seconds (machine wants your wrist above your heart and beeps to let you know you're in the right spot). It is so simple compared to those above the elbow cuff things - this wrist thing is like a somewhat flexible metal bracelet.
(quarter placed for scale (for those of you who are proportionally challenged...))
