Thanks Mitch. I've been reading reviews and watching YouTube and I think I will go for it. A friend wrote and said she has a combo pressure cooker/ smoker! I thought it weird but she says she loves it. She is a vegetarian by necessity due to food allergies ans sensitivities and made cabbage bacon in hers ANC cold smoked cheddar! Weird huh?
.. Since this topic came up, I've been using mine a lot. I've done steel-cut oats, barley (read that barley can be used as a rice substitute - more fiber), and today, I made a delicious chicken barley soup.
I really like it so much better than the stove top rocker one I had previously.
