Good Morning everyone,
Do I dare start coffee ths morning. Did the other day and then later saw that the forum went down Maybe I overloaded the table with too many offerings for breakfast Well, I'll emper it down to bacon, eggs and peaches this mornng.
I can tell fall is coming. Temp is 42 this morning. Slowly but surely it's heading toward that 30's and frost range. None in the future forecasts though. Supposed to warm up into 80's by mid week and then cool back down. But one of these days..... Been chilly and wet since Friday afternoon, so fall is definitely in the air. Ah, cooler weather, trees starting to loose their green, football games, crisp mornings, what more could one want.
Reading through the past couple of days of coffee, looks like everybody's busy. Tina, I'm sorry to hear about Hannah. Losing two dogs in a short period of time even if one wasn't living with you anymore is hard, but at least you still have furkids around you. Seems like there are quire a few of us who have either lost or have sick dogs lately. I'm getting that feeling that Tessa is not going to get better either. Although she is now on another anitibiotic and estrogen, her "P" sessions seem to be increasting. She's been able to hold all night for the most part, but these past two nights she has had accidents in the wee hours of the morning. She does wake me up to go out, but I think she has to go too fast to hold it once she gets up. She's only been on the new stuff since Friday, so need to give it a few days to see what happpens. But it don't look good. This giving her meds three times a day is kind of a pain too, as trying to set an every 8 hours schedule around work is impossible. So I run home for a few minutes in mid afternoon
Echo, good to see you back posting again and hope you continue to get better. Just let your body rest and do what it tells you.
Red, same for you. That was a bad accident and you got banged up pretty bad as well. Just take it easy and let your body heal. Hard to do I know, as we think we start to feel better and do things, then whoops, we aren't as good as we think we are.
See we have some new folks joining and posting. Welcome aboard. Join in anytime with anything. I'll catch up to the Introductions later on when I have more time.
BJ, wishing you a belated Happy Birthday. Hope it was a great day.
Been slow at the park but did have more camps this weekend then I thought we would. Most are leaving today. Also have two big group gatherings using our picnic shelter both days, although we let one groupl use our Activity Bldy instead as it was cold and windy with shower moving through. A nice church group. Family reunion coming today and will offer them the same if they want. One more week of full time and then I spread 40 hours out over two weeks, so will be off more than on till the 26th. Good time to get somethings done aruond here before I leave on vacation.
Am heading north to my favorite haunt in Michigamme. Really looking forward to it. Hope I can get on here. They do have Wifi, but the rounter is up on the main office upstairs. It's a cement block building. The company they are with are supposed to be upgrading and thus they should be able to spread the Wifi through the whole building, but so far the upgrade hasn't happened. I'm wondering if there is something out there that I can hook to my computer to help pull the signal in for me. Anybody know of something.
Well, time to get going here. Got to leave for work in a little while. Need to get cleaned up, throw lunch in my bag and head out the door for the last work day of this week. Have a wonderful day all.
