Thursday With Blue Sky

Good Morning Ladies,
After letting our "furkids" do the Coffee yesteray morning, today will seem kind of mundane. All I can say about yesterday is . I thought I would let the dogs take over and start the day for some laughs and looks like it accomplished that. Certainly enjoyed the spin on something different.
Loved Carol's "Housedogs of New York" theme and I could just hear Beth cussing about snow and mud and mud and snow, especially after Peaches decided to have some "play time" in the mud And then the others takes on various things from their owners getting ready to full time to just being at home and not being allowed to chase bunnies or just going for a walk etc..
But Barbie, me thinks it might be time for you to consider heading for FL or someplace east for awhile and let yourself get settled down so you can enjoy life for awhile. I know you love being in CA, but things have been so topsy turvy for you, that sooner or later it's going to catch up to you. You can always go back to CA later again. My two cents worth anyway.
Dawn, I'm glad things are moving smoothly for you. Seems like it's all falling into place and soon you will have that MH and be on the road and enjoying a new life and new surroundings. You go girl!
As for me, another work day is on the horizon. Who knows where it will lead. The two Rangers finished re roofing the North building yesterday and now I guess it's on to other projects that need completion. Only thing is, in the process of doing the roof, they had to make some cuts in the wood for some reason and nicely severed the water line that was up in the underside of the roof peak, that goes to the showers in the building So today that gets fixed. It's just a small plastic pipe, so no big deal. The building has been closed to the public anyway with all the doing up on the roof and it's quiet at the end of the park besides. Then once the water is back on, i will go clean up the place inside as I'm sure there has been "stuff" knocked down from up above, like bugs, dust etc.
The annual Fly In is this weekend too. That brings float planes in from all over the country and sometimes even Canada. So planes will be zooming around in the skies and on the lake as they compete in the different contests etc. Then next weekend is the big Air Show at the airport in Gaylord. That's a big crowd draw as all kinds of planes including a B-52 bomber fly in for that and all kinds of activities go on all weekend. I've never been able to get up there due to my work schedule. One of these times. So the summer activities are starting to take off, literally. Then comes the 4th of July and Alpenfest and...... The park will be hopping and so will we.
The AK tour seems to be advancing along nicely. Making progress and sending us some beautiful pictures. Gosh, the memories thosse ladies will be having. Okay, guess some of the rest of us will have to start planning something too. Where to gals?
I'm looking forward to June 22nd, when I am going to have a mini GTG with JudyJB up in Wilderness State Park near Mackinaw City. Sounds like we are going to have a fun day. I will get to meet one of our forum "sistahs" finally, get to see her new rig and then we are going to spend time in Mackinaw City browsing all the "tourist" shops etc. before she embarks on her dream of seeing the country and leaves Michigan. Hmmm. maybe I can stowaway in a storage compartment someplace And hopefully I can meet Linda too before this summer is over. Anybody else heading to MI, give me a holler.
