Rise and shine,.. it's Monday!

Good Monday Morning all!

Coffee's on,... and leftovers from all the goodies baked over the weekend are out on a plate,... come on in, sit down and get your engines started!

I got a lot done yesterday,.. did three loads of laundry, and my grandson was here to help get summer stuff down to the cellar,... we had our first really heavy frost yesterday a.m. I'm almost ready for snow to fly! :o

I'm headed to work,... so the last one out shut off the lights and close the door!

Hope you all have a great day! :D

Moooooorrrrrrnnnning to all.

Sad tidings in the morning postings today. Yep it's Monday.

Work totally sucked yesterday. About went stir crazy yesterday from boredom. I swear that the next weekend that I have to work I will take a book or something with me. I honestly have to wonder if it really pays that place to even open up on Sunday? Between the cost of utilities for water and electric for lights and all the computers and of course our wages? I guess!!!

Slept in a little this morning so I'm needing to get my butt in gear and ready to go out the door. It's a cold one here this morning, I actually broke down yesterday morning and this morning and turned on the furnace to warm it up a little in here. Will only let it run a little while like yesterday to take the chill off and will shut it off before we go out the door. WINTER is coming!!!

Hope everyone has a good day. At least as good as they can have. Please be safe.

Love to all

Morning all! I'm trying to catch up on all the posts. I've been so busy for the last couple of weeks. I started a new business recently, and finally got a website. I did my first big event this past weekend, & learned a lot. It was wonderful, but exhausting. Things are going really well, but I'm ready to "hit the road" again. Still planning on spending the holidays RV'ing at the beach. I think I'll just go out & sit in it for a while today. I miss my big ol' camper!

Hope you all are doing good. Well, I'm off to look through 6 pages of posts I missed!

I need a cup of your coffee this morning Cedar. I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep. Finally I went back to bed and dozed off for a while-----until Mr. Tobie decided it was time to go out. At least he is sleeping in a little. I have another chiropractor appointment this morning so will have to leave in about an hour and a half. Got to get a bath----that calls for turning on the furnace to take the chill off here!! Coffee sure tastes good this morning!! Wish I had a hot home-made cinnamon roll right out of the oven to go with the coffee!! LOL

Up and slowly moving around this am. Have tennis @10 so I need to get my body in gear or those balls will go flying by.  Wouldn't mind having some fall weather for awhile. The snow, well it's fun for a visit , but don't want to be shoveling it out of a driveway. Hope the day goes well for everyone. Thanks for the coffee and rolls, mmmmm-great way to start the day. carold

Morning - or maybe I should say almost afternoon - to everyone. Just now getting to sit down at the computer and only cause I have to pay the bills. Have one load of laundry going. It got really cold here last nite too - in fact the furnace came on in the middle of the night and scared me wide awake. So I slept in this a.m. Bill is out in the motorhome busy as can be. He is installing an electric fireplace (thank you Larry and Lorna) and adding cupboard doors to the same area - it is (was) a hollow cabinet that only opened from the top - so we seldon used it. Also going to change a useless alcove in the bedroom to enclosed shelving. Will post pictures of the progress in "show motorhome" section. Its going to look really nice. The problem is he keeps thinking of more to do so we have to make more trips into town - by the time he finishes the gas cost will outdo the material costs. Got the RV back Friday - the refrigerator is supposed to be fixed and the solar panels are installed. Of course while they had it the big slide worked just fine. A sign of the times, our favorite service person at the RV place was laid off the day before we picked it up - cutting costs.
We are starting to prepare for our winter trip - trying to remember everything that has to be done motorhome wise and house wise.
