The Sun also Rises on Sunday

The sun is rising in FL to another glorious day. A day for Bandit and I to begin a new chapter without our buddy, Roe. Yesterday on the way home Bandit hopped up in the co-pilot's seat and looked out the window. Do you think he knew that was his job now? Last night he slept with me almost all night. I think we'll be all right.
Snowy weather in the Northeast. It was hard to tell from the map, but I hope Soos got enough to go skiing at least once before she heads south.
I am behind on following other travel adventures, but the post titles are calling me...Sedona, etc.
I will go back to Ocala tonight to spend the night in my friend Joselyn's driveway so I won't have so far to go for my 7 a.m. stress test on Monday morning. I'll be glad when I'm past this year's string of dr. visits. Then I can plan a new adventure.
Wishing all a beautiful day.

Good Morning from a cloudy day in Normal... coffee is on and toast is cooking...
Despite 3 vicodin yesterday the joints continue to roar...
A beautiful Sunrise Liz... thanks for sharing it...
Have a good day no matter where your feet take you...

Good morning to all - hope none are you are having to shovel out this morning. It is beautiful again here in Arizona. Today I'll get my NASCAR fix for the week. If Direct TV does what it is saying it is going to do - will only be able to watch the cup races until the end of the season. They are not going to carry several we watch - including my racing channel and bills soccer channels. They charge you an arm and a leg then do whatever they want.
Went up to Jerome yesterday - it seems to be growing a little bit. First time we were there was in the early 70s.
Liz - so sorry to read about Roe - amazing how Bandit knows and try to help you.
Everyone traveling take care.

Beautiful pics Liz. Yes Bandit knows he has new important duties as co-pilot. But then he watched Roe for quite some time...they probably talked about it when you were gone and left them in there by themselves. So he will know his job pretty good. May be somethings that still make him run and hide...but for the most part he will watch and nap in his place. Thought of you this morning when I put the biscuits on to bake. But I didn't wait for you...I went ahead and ate. Had scrambled egg, sausage, and a biscuit with sugar free blueberry jam. Coffee is Taste of Austin by the local HEB grocery.
Saw all the snow for the Northern sistahs!! They gotta love it or they gotta hate it!! Was very cold here last night as we experienced the second night of temperatures in the 40's. Was 43* at my spot. But the sun is out and a light breeze is blowing. Will be another one of God's beautiful days.
Where ever you are, I hope for a fun day for you and safe journeys for all those on the road.

Mornin all!
I've been busier than a one armed paper hanger with the seven year itch this week, so no check in's, but here's the run down -
We're getting ready for the semester's big presentation showcase next week, so I'm in 'gotta get everything ready' insanity.
Meanwhile, in the virtual world, I own a biggish piece of property. I have a friend who owned an even bigger piece, and we decided that
we'd do better to consolidate. So I'm selling my piece and moving onto hers, and we're renting a bit of it out to friends, and my, it's a confusing moving day thing.
meanwhile, thursday nite I'm sitting in Dennys, too frazzled to cook late at night, and this fellow starts looking at me.... after a minute, I realize, hey, he's flirting! I flirt back shamelessly, and he comes over and before I know it I've got a saturday evening date to go
for a drive out to the coast and have dinner at a fancy restaurant out there.
Somewhere on the way we're telling each other about our lives and I take that moment to out myself (I'm a transsexual woman, I reassigned back in the mid 1980's). He doesn't say anything, we just go on with other conversation. On the trip back, we do start talking about it - he's a bit flipped, I'm afraid, I don't know if he'll work through it or if another nice thing in life's been blown.
So, that's my life for the last week or so while I've been quiet.... 8cP

FINALLY! GOOD EVENING TO ALL!
I haven't been able to get on either website all day, and now I am back here in my trailer. I have been trying here about 20 to 25 times to log on here, also, and here I am, at least typing. Posting it may be another thing!
Sunrise was beautiful for you, Liz, although I am sure a bit wistful. I am feeling very good for Roe, and hoping you are pretty much feeling the same for him. However, you are the one in pain, and I am sending happy thoughts and memories your way. I am glad Bandit has stepped up the leg-warming duties, and the co-piloting! Molly would give you tons of healing licks if she could.
We had absolutely NO snow at home---not even one single flake! I was so disappointed when I woke up this morning to find zip on the grass. Sigh!
Alice, I hope you are home now and feeling MUCH better.
Anniepoo! What an interesting life you have been leading! I can't wait to meet you around a campfire in a campground and hear all about it! I sure do hope the new guy isn't frightened away, as he sure was attracted to you in the first place. Keep us posted!
Kath it can't be too soon for you to see the doc about your rickety joints again----that pain can be so exhausting and debilitationg, I can imagine.
If I can't copy this and then paste it on ORS, please someone tell them over there I have been trying like mad to be able to get on! I am happy to be back in my nice comfy trailer bed again.

Sunday's almost over, but I wanted to pop in and support Annipoo ... I thought it was hard telling a guy I've been married four times! Look forward to meeting you at one of the GTG's. You sound like an awesome woman I'd like to get to know.

Annie, if "another nice thing in life's been blown" it really wasn't such a nice thing. But let's hope that it truly was and he comes around.
