GOOD MORNING ALL!

I doubt I can remain logged in long enough to actually have this message post, but I wil try just once, as I have no patience getting knocked back to the login screen about 10 to 20 times, or more. Sometimes, when I finally get on, and then try to click on REPLY, or after I have written a message and then hit SUBMIT, I am prompted to log on yet again, which yesterday became impossible. I have juggled and changed and rechanged and rejuggled internet options on this computer, to no avail. I have the same problems with Women RV, usually, but yesterday I managed to stay on over there long enough to post a few messages over there. Last night in chat, I asked Beth to please copy a FL GTG message from that forum to this one as I just couldn't get on here long enough to do it. In case you haven't read about it yet, please go to GTG room and read what's happening. Wednesday I will reserve a spot in Wekiwa Springs FL State Park (the link to it is in there) in the left-hand loop for January 9 through January 16, 2012, for myself, The rest of you are on your own for reserving spots.

Today is warmer, (57 degrees) and sunny at last! As of last night, we are all still playing the baby-waiting game.

Time to feed Molly and get out for some much-needed walking. Have fun camping, even if it's in your own driveways or in your minds, or on the roads or in a campground somewhere. I love my trailer site right here for now!

Can't believe I'm only the second poster on Morning Coffee today. Good morning, all!

It's beautiful in Salt Lake City today ... supposed to be 84 degrees. But this joyride of summer temps is coming to an end as a cold front moves in from the Northwest, with highs dropping to the mid-50s. Fall at last.

Think I'll jump on the bike today ... with the changing temps will be wind, my least-favorite weather feature, whether I'm riding my bike or driving the MH. Wind will ground me every time.

Soos, do you ever write your posts in something like Wordpad, then copy and paste in to a window and hit "Submit?" That way if you get a virtual raspberry, you haven't lost anything. I have to resort to that sometimes.

Life is good .... :D

Way past morning. Spent this morning at the "Celebration of Life" of my friend Ann. Old terminology - funeral. I like the new terminology better in this case. I still can't believe she's gone, but was so impressed with the words of her husband and both children. The whole service was good and the hymns were good. One of her husbands relatives played the organ and the piano. So many people were there - only fitting, as Ann was one of the very good people, constantly laughing.

Worked this afternoon, then Peaches and I took a long walk. I needed it more than she did ... and I was looking as some of the great colors, thinking I should have had my camera on me .. and that Ann would love them. She so looked forward to fall.

As to that "sunny" - glad someone is seeing the sun. Maybe we'll get lucky here on Thursday :)

Well, it is even further past morning, but who knows whether there will be time in the morning!

Beth, Celebration of Life is definitely better terminology - brings more positive thoughts to mind. Such a tough time for family and friends.

We are in Minocqua, Wisconsin, parked in the driveway of LeRoy's friends. We saw beautiful fall colors on our way here today - particularly on a back road that we wouldn't normally take. We got to town earlier than planned so we took a walk on what used to be a railroad trestle over the lake. When L called his friends, they asked where we were and told us to get a move on - they were taking us out on a pontoon boat! After having passed several lakes that were quiet now that the summer season is over, I had been thinking I'd like to boat or kayak so the this was perfect.

That was followed by dinner at Little Bohemia restaurant north of here - famous for the FBI/John Dillinger shoot out - complete with the bullet holes still in the walls and windows. I don't pay much attention to movies, but I will now have to see Johnny Depp in the movie 'Dillinger'. Not sure I can stay up late enough to 'blog'.

Tomorrow we are off to Clam Lake where Wisconsin's elk herd resides - hopefully we will see some!
