Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Wonderful Wednesday

There are clouds this morning! A slight possibility of rain, with better chances next week. Boy howdy, do we need it!

Hope all is well in your neck(s) of the woods this a.m. Coffee's on! (Ice, as usual, in mine.)

Morning Megan and all who follow. Bright sunshine here today. Heater on for a few minutes this morning to take off the chill when I got out of bed. Hope everyone has a great day.

Good morning All, Its been a few days since I've been on. Just caught up with last week's morning chatter. Need to go read the campfire, as I see , Barbie has come in the possession of a dog, nosey here, needs to know how LOL> So glad to hear the Driver is doing well and Carol is surviving.(I'm not a nurse either, so know just how you feel). Sue, you sounded a little better, in last I read, sounds like you were really sick. I also see we have several newbies here, thats great, and joining in, which is really Great ! I need to go to the intro thread and find out more about them.

My Sis and hubby and her son and his wife were here for the week end. Really nice having them, really enjoyed the company. But none are able to just set and visit, so therefore, my yard is really cleaned up, the house is pressure washed and cleaned the best its been in a couple of yrs and a good start on repairing damage in cabin. Her son is coming back, he said to paint and clean up my decks, which are past due in attention, so I am hoping that does happen. :) He also plans to repair the cabin for me. He has a business doing such as this but he lives a couple hrs. from me, so I will be waiting until he has some free time. He does good work, so I can wait, just as long as it gets done.

The weather has been nice here, a little too warm for me in the middle of the day, but morning and evening hrs. have been just right. Need to get moving, many things I would like to get done today. I needed a forum fix, so set with my last cup of coffee for today and caught up on the morning thread, now to see at least the campfire and GTG. Have to see if those ladies are all still free and the bail money is still available for the next GTG :P

Have a wonderful day, just stay safe whatever you do, and schedule some fun in it.

We really need some rain here too. I think the whole state is under a burn ban. I noticed that the firework stands are not going up as fast as usual before the 4th. If we don't get some rain people won't be able to have fireworks. My sister and I like to go to Toledo Bend Lake for the 4th of July. There are fireworks up and down the lake. The campground where we go lets everyone shoot fireworks off the boat launch and we can sit out and watch.

I am so ready to go somewhere. The Ramblin Roses are having a rally the weekend of the 25-26 but don't know if I want to go to Texas now. It's just so hot.

Good morning from Buena Vista, Colorado. In the mountains where you need the air conditioner in the day and the heater at night. Getting ready to pack up and head down to Alamosa. I won't put up more Buena Vista pics since I did that in the Interesting Places section. Although it was from last year, still looks the same.

Hope you all have a great middle of the week! :D

good morning sunshine :D
another hot summer day but I feel like after 10 years of being here I have finally gotten used to the heat. I've also learned to stay out of it whenever possible
Got all my laundry done yesterday, got my prep work done for my construction projects and made a list of stuff I need from Home Depot. (all total, less than $20 worth of misc)
Time for another cup of coffee, then get dressed and get my butt to HD before it gets too hot. Enjoy your day.

Working on my second pot of coffee. We had storms again last night and again had our gd climbing in bed with us. My husband was up again with the furbaby for a while. He is now taking gd to dance classes and I am planning dinner for when he picks her up. Daughter is going to look at a stove after work.
