Good morning all, it is still cloudy this morning but the rain has stopped for now! I'm making pancakes for breakfast and have homemade blueberry topping. Echo's talk of pancakes made me hungry for them. Coffee is ready so check around for all the other goodies in the refrigerator.
I think the owls were practicing for Halloween in my yard last night! The noise woke me around 1:30 and continued till two. Owls don't just hoot, they make many other sounds, some are very guttural and you start to wonder if there is something else out there. They should be in good voice for the weekend.
Not much going on for me today except yoga class this afternoon which I always enjoy.

Still raining in MD. GD just has a cold, not flu (thank heavens). Fever is gone and sent her off to school today. Told her if she gets to feeling poorly to go to the nurse. I think she'll be fine. I'll be glad when this winter and cold and flu season is over! Not to rush life, but this years flu scares me.

I'm back at work today. Hope all that are traveling have safe travels and all that are stationary have wonderful days!

Dreary here, ... all i hear is the sound of kids coughing into their elbows. Sure hope everyone is stearing clear of the flu,... it's really laying some folks low. Be careful out there!

Good-morning !!! Another busy day here, you all know what its like after being off in your r.v. for awhile. At least the sun is out, hope it stays that way. My big problem here is I didn't get all cleaned up and done after my Alaska trip, now I am hoping to get out of here the week before Thanksgiving. Leaves are falling , filling my back deck up, what a hateful chore that is. I don't like just pushing off on the ground, way to many, so have to be piled and burnt, if the wind will allow.

Breakfast here, sounds good. I've already had mine, toast, coffee and a dish of several fruits, plenty left over for you'all.

Really glad to hear your GD is ok, Paulette. Called and checked on my younger ones yesterday, could hear them in the background, sounded fine to me

Have a great day everyone, can't set here long, secret for me is to keep moving. Just had to give into the temptation to see what others are up to, on here.

We are having a beautiful day, sunny and in the mid 70's. I need to clean up my rv today since it is suppose to rain again tomorrow and Friday. My high school class is having a GTG Saturday. It's been 47 years so don't know why they are having it now, but hey it's somewhere to go. Maybe they are planning a big blow out for the 50th. lol

I finally hemmed 3 pair of pants this morning that have been hanging around for a while. Since I'm too wide for my height I usually have to hem long pants. I really hate to give up summer clothes so I may still be wearing capri pants for Christmas if it is at all warm.

Need to go to the store so better get moving or I will keep putting it off and not go.
