LABOR DAY MONDAY 2009

GOOD MORNING TO ALL!!
Another amazing day here in the Adirondacks----Labor Day 2009. Temperature is 40 degrees, sky is a bit cloudy for the first time in nearly two weeks, but with no rain in sight. It's toasty here in the trailer with my heater on! Molly woke me up when the deer came to check out the apple tree. She was very leery of the newly positioned chair and camera I have set up to capture her, and so took a different path today. I am hoping I got at least one shot of her on the camera, however.
Today will be a rest day, as I got the chimney under control yesterday, and did my laundry. I hate to cut back the raspberries yet to allow me to set up the ladder to finish painting the front of my deck, as there are still fresh ripe beries on those bushes to pick. I'll wait another week for that. The kids will come back in a couple of weeks to finish assembling the stove pipe to install the clean flue, as I need to buy a 6 inch collar for the woodstove in order to make that safer. Pay day is this coming Friday, and that will be a very welcome happening!
Coffee tastes good and feels good on my cold hands----hazlenut with vanilla creamer----No goodies out here, or even in the house at this point, although I do have some frozen omelets I could zap in the microwave. So c'mon in and let us know what's going on in your world today!
