Cool Tuesday

Morning everyone. Cloudy and 58°..5 warmer than when I got up earlier. Rained during the night, so everything is wet. Supposed to head to about 76 today. No complaints here. Was a nice but mostly cloudy day yesterday. Perfect for working outside. Started working on repainting my shutters. Got all but two finished. Put all the finished ones back up except for two on garsge. Want to get new screws for those. Need more paint to finish painting last two. Ran out of energy anyway Spent Monday afternoon mowing my yard, sub entrance, boat launch and a bit in. Walking path, so all set in that dept. for now.
Thinking about Liz and Nan and wondering if they are coming through through Deby with no issues. Pouring out a lot of rain in some places.
Judy, enjoy your trip around Superior. Don’t know if you have been across Trans Canada before, but once out of Manitoba it gets very boring and I mean boring, heading across Saskatchewan and Alberta till Calgary. Land as flat as a pancake and nothing to look at but miles of open flat Prarie devoid of everything. No hills, no tree, no fences, no poles, no nothing. Just you and endless miles of road. I would rather drive the U.S. Prarie as at least we have a few low rolling hills and buttes. When my friends and I took our trip across, we would guess how far ahead a grain elevator was we could see in the distance. in a small town. Sometimes they were 50 miles away. I’ve a feeling that Jasper is going to have to wait for another day. They have cancelled and refunded all camping reservations to Sept. 3rd so far. Some campground ds are destroyed.
I need to get dressed and moving here. Want to run down to Twp. Hall and vote. Primary today. I go in person for these small elections but will do absentee for. November. Then off to town for errands and bit of shopping. Have a nice day all.
