Good Morning everyone. Chilly here at the 45th this morning. 27° under a clear sky. But heading to around 50 this afternoon. Way above average for this time of year. Got a beautiful week ahead. So you can bet I will out enjoying it and puttering around outside. Think I mentioned awhile back, that my leaf blower died. Well, after some time consuming research, I decided to get a battery one for now. So was out working with it yesterday. Am really impressed with it’s power, but of course as battery powered anything, the batteries only last a short tme before they run down. 15 minutes in this case. But, since I use Ryobi tools, I already had 5 batteries here, so made sense to get same brand blower. It caramel with a battery and charger and Home Depot has the Christmas sales going, so snagged two more batteries, giving me a total of 8 18 volt batteries. 15 minutes run time, that’s 2 hours worth of work. But with 4 chargers, soon as one goes down, into the charger it goes. Takes about an hour to charge. So I should be able to keep going as they run down and recharge. But I didn’t buy it for all day work. Mostly for getting leaves out of places the tractor can’t go and just cleaning off the deck, walks, Drive etc. when needed.
Judy, sorry about the refrig. First time I have heard of that happening. Barbie, hope they can get the mess at work under control. Sharon, I thin it’s cute that Buddy talks to you. Molly does that when it’s time for our daily walk. She either gives me a bark or series of barks or sometimes she will start with a very low little whine/moan, which increases in frequency and eventually becomes a bark. It’s riot to listen to, because I may be working on a woodcraft project on the kitchen table or sitting here with the IPad and she’s laying on the floor or the loveseat and I start hearing that little whine a bit at a time
Karen, as much as you like making meals, maybe you should open a deli Anita, I don’t blame you for thinking of finding another place to settle into. That’s crazy. I haven’t seen anything on the Paradise rebuild, but like Karen said, tines change and we must change with the times. Sometimes whether we want to or not. Beth, glad to hear your dental issue is taken care of. Now to enjoy the winter and make some decisions too. Martha, that was a good idea stopping to Wi terize the trailer. One less thing to worry about. I think I am all set here for Wi ter as well. The which of, sounds like it will be arriving latter part of next week. No surprise, as it always gets messy around Thanksgiving. So have a nice day everybody.
