TUESDAY, AND THE WEEK GOES ON

GOOD MORNING, ALL OF YOU OUT IN CAMPING LAND!
Excessive heat I can do without, but this coldness back here is trying, as well, seeing as how it's now MAY! It's 29 here this morning, and many little buds and baby blossoms, like my lilacs, are getting some serious frost. I can only hope they are hardy little critters, and will honor me with sweet-smelling blossoms before spring is over.
After my alarm problems the past couple of work mornings, I got out every alarm clock I own last night, thought I had set them all, and hoped for the best! I had one, a little dog with a bugle, that pops open its eyes and plays reveille loud enough to waken the neighbors about a mile up the road, while SHOUTING, "WAKEUP---RISE AND SHINE!!" It was my daughter's when she was in high school, and the poor thing has been thrown across her bedroom more than once! Yet still he works like an alarming charm! Another alarm, that I never even realized was an alarm, crowed like a rooster. One other didn't go off, as I failed to turn it on! And the one that I have been using regularly finally worked, too! I managed to go online yesterday and get some ideas how to reset its time zone so it wasn't always programming itself each night at midnight for the wrong time zone! So now I am all set! Molly is walking around here in awe, wondering what in heck is going on that all these noises are going off!! Quite the morning here in the boonies!
Coffee is hot and tastes good----c'mon in and chat awhile about life in your zone. May the weather all over the country improve soon.....things are getting way too weird out there----floods, tornadoes, snow, horrible winds, unstoppable rain----I guess I won't say anything more abut the coldness up here, as we have none of the above.
Hope you all have a fun day doing special things! Those packing for the AK trip, take your time, as they don't have many 'stop n' shops' up there! Happy Tuesday!!
