BALMY, SUNNY, FL SUNDAY!!

GOOD MORNING, Y'ALL!!

I'm sitting at a table on the screened porch where I sleep, looking at the pond with storks, turkeys, and many other birds surrounding it. The other day when I brought Molly down near the pond's edge, an osprey dived from an overhanging tree limb, disappeared into the pond with a thunderous splash, and came up with a fair-sized bass in its mouth!! I wish I'd had my camera! It's only 29 degrees at home, I see by my defulted weather temp in the corner of my computer, and my daughter, Mandy called last night and said they had a few inches of new snow on the ground back home!

Today we will go on an airboat ride someplace in Kissimmee, then stop by to see Sammy and Stone who are camped down there, and then come back for some pool time and bike riding time. I'll take my camera with me today!

Temps are to drop some 40 degrees here in the next few days, going from upper 80s to 60s in the daytime, and to 30s and 40s at night!! I hope the East Coast GTG is underway with good weather up there!

Time to read the posts now, and get ready for another amazing day. I really wish I didn't have to leave here!!

Good Morning! Just thought I'd pop in and say hello and see what's cooking! With Diet Coke in hand I'm reaching for a luscious piece of banana nut bread. I smell coffee. I smell sausage cooking in the skillet...hot sausage...my favorite! And biscuits. Guess I'll stick around for awhile.

well good morning, I slept in
having coffee and toast for breakfast, then I'll get the laundry going. Yesterday I got
some of my pots ready for planting, then started in with getting the golden cape
honeysuckle planted, but think I will move it already. Watering becomes a problem
with me cause I hate dragging the hose from back to front, so will go get some pvc
and make myself another faucet in the front, and that will take care of that problem.
Working on a Home Depot list and only get whats put on my budget. I love HD and
Lowes, and could spend way too much money in those stores so I really have to make
myself a list, stick to it and get the heck out! Yesterday I saw a chain saw I wanted
It was electric so it will be easy to manage, then I can get rid of the oleanders next
year. I hate the oleanders, they grow like weeds and get as huge as trees. I would
much rather see a vine growing on the fence.
Ok, enough dreaming, gotta get the washer loaded.

Happy Sunday morning! My new (to me) Roadtrek is home! I had a very fun day yesterday checking it all out and showing to family. Today will be
seriously learning about the systems. And reading through the "tech" room for all the helpful hints that will make more sense now that I have an rv in my yard!

Carol, didn't take time to load your pics again, but wanted to say, LOVE your new dishes and tiles.

We are keeping up with FL today, temps in mid to upper 70s. I will continue veg control for fire protection. The wind is drying grass quickly this year.

Left over pumpkin pie (from valley fruit stand) this morning. Enjoy!
