I've accomplished some things... And read a lot. And no one was here to open breakfast HaHa. It's up to 81 degrees here so I've decided to run the a.c. a bit. Yes, I'm spoiled. Ever since I had heat stroke I don't handle heat as well as I used to. And on the opposite side, I do better with cooler temps. That's really strange.

The car needs a bath desperately. I already checked and there's no car wash in the closest town. I can't find one online in Benson, so I may end up having to do it myself. Maybe I'll check out Las Cruces next week.

I would enjoy that weather although to be honest the temps today wasn't bad... in fact it was really nice about the best thing of the day....
my youngest called last night said her KeeKee had an episode wasn't sure what but she wasn't doing well (she is a long haired Minx cat) so they watched her during the night took her to the vet this afternoon... she was severely dehydrated which doesn't take long with a kitty I think so they took blood work gave her an antibiotic I think and hydrated her... and is on watch again tonight... she is 15 DD feels that it would be better for her to be home where she is familiar with all going on... she was trying to get out of the box so she is doing better... we will see she is such a pretty kitty
Last night as I was going to bed realized that the frig was warmer than it should be.. noticed that it was set at a different temp so lowered it switched to gas and went to bed... when I woke up and did a few things realized I hadn't looked at the temp oops still the same so took the stuff out of the freezer tossed totally thawed stuff away and took the rest to the house freezer... decided that I'd get ice and treat it as a cooler till I can get it fixed so go to start the truck it tries wasn't successful acts like it's dead or going to be so need to get it jumped so I can take it in to Nampa and have it checked hoping I think that its batteries... youngest asked when the last time I got batteries I don't remember getting them with this truck she thinks I did if so they will be under a warranty I think ...hopefully

on the plus side the mats are up and dried out left them in the sun and breeze for a bit just to make sure that the underside was flipped and dried... rolled and in basement as well as the chairs looked at water hoses to make sure I have what I need didn't so started to pull out a hose turns out it was a very long one (two that were put together permanently) so think because I have the other hose covered with foam stuff that it will be easiest to get an new one to take with me... a 25 foot. not the cheapest way but easiest way... dishes are done and that is my day..
so hopefully tomorrow will be better

Arriving late, but it was a busy day. Picked up Suzie, our parrot at vet after her 4 days stay after a foot injury. She is better but is a geriatric bird at about 45 (been part of my family since November 1979!)., so we don't know what the future will bring but will keep,her as comfortable as possible. She will take antibiotics and a arthritis RX.
Son, Chris saw Dr in afternoon because his rt leg is swollen and red. dr thinks its infection that entered via his eczema on His ankle. So antibiotics for him too.
Rest of day spent rearranging birds cage so she does not have to climb and Tuesday is trash day, so we worked together to get it all out.
Not too exciting rest Of day, brought home Jim boys mexican food- I like their taco salad minus shell and beans and plus double meat and cheese. Watched tv and answered email and that's my day.
