And it's another beautiful day. Nothing going on in my world to speak of. I'm living vicariously through those doing more interesting things. Especially Tina and another friend and her husband who just came back from a birding trip to Australia. Oh my gosh, such birds and colors... I just keep looking at her pictures with my jaw hanging down. They are serious birders, and this line from one post gives you an idea of the vast difference in birds: "....we had about 283 lifers out of about 312 seen...." !!!
Same jaw drops with Tina's, but totally different reasons.
I think I'll do some cleaning today. When I get to my new to me casita I'll have tons to do there, so would be good to have this in shape.

I have so much to do to get ready to leave that I should be doing more than I am... but went sorta with DD to get snow tires put on the car... I had to take the Journey and she took her car... the Journey (dd's car) has been in the shop for forever it seems like they got it back on Friday I think it was Saturday night that I saw a fresh area of where something was leaking pointed it out to sil so we took the Journey with us to get dd's tires fixed on her car... where I stay in the summer is on the property of my dd and sil another dd lives here as well... so it was her car getting the tires changed.. so we wondered around in the town a bit had lunch and then the Toyota was ready so I took the Journey into the next town to leave it at the shop again... went to a couple of stores... stopped at a bookstore that has yummy candy and got mom some candy for her birthday last week... then on to WalMart spent way too much money always do also got mom some nuts without peanuts that she will enjoy and a tablecloth... a real winner for a gift but she is at the stage of has clothes up to the yee yang and those don't fit but if you get clothes that will she thinks they won't I've quit trying a couple years ago.. candy she enjoys nuts as well and she keeps saying she needs a new tablecloth but never gets it I might try and leave some money to help with a perm... we will see
was going to pick up the shepherd's hook but with 4 tires and bird seed ect no room in the toyota will run over on Sat..
so that is my day
