Last Wednesday of April

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Last Wednesday of April

Postby Othersharon » Wed Apr 24, 2019 11:45 am

Just after noon here in PA. I had a lazy morning and sure wasn’t watching the time. Tell myself it’s because I don’t have to anymore! About the best excuse I can come up with! I’ve managed to get outside some the last several days between rain storms. I feel good that the leaves in the driveway are gone but when I looked out this morning my driveway is all yellow from the trees shedding! So that’ll go on for awhile and the allergies will kick into high gear.
Irmi, hope you get the door problem fixed! Learned to have duct tape and bungees on hand too! Barbie, hope you get an offer from this new person. Fingers crossed here for you. Judy, glad you made it back to your RV. You had quite a time of it. Definitely makes me appreciate mine. I was one that used to like to fly but not so much now. Poor Ty, he won’t get to go to work with you, Beth. Sure hope your season goes well this year. And Anne, today’s when your washer gets looked out, isn’t it. Hope they will replace it. That’s scary. Sue, bet it feels good to start getting you rig ready for some traveling! It felt so good last week to even get out for one night. So not much else going on around here. I can offer a cup of coffee and sandwich if you drop in. Breakfast is long past for me! And it’s time and dry enough outside for me to get out in the yard. Have a wonderful day wherever and whatever you do today.

I had kids at my house last week and now I have a sore throat. I try to stay away from those germ magnets. It was probably my sister and her granddaughter. They are always sick.

The vet called and Stinky had a tooth that needed to be pulled. He just called and told me he pulled the tooth and put some artificial bone and sewed it up. That should be a cute bill. I can pick her up at 5:00.

If I can get to town with my hair looking half way decent I need to get a passport picture taken. My passport expires in June and I might want to go to Canada sometime. Need to box my watch up to be mailed. The battery stopped but the crystal is broken so might as well send it off to get fixed. I can use my Viofit as a watch but then I can't see my steps.

Judy, glad you made it back to your RV. I'm not afraid to fly but don't like everything that goes with it.

Barbie, hope you get another offer on your house.

Barbie, I hope he placed an offer and it's a good one!

I actually was able to take Ty today. He's sleeping now, as exhausted as me. I asked twice if he wants to eat and he hasn't even raised his head! Hopefully I sleep that well tonight lol.

Sharon, I rinsed off my rv this past weekend... Covered with springtime pollen... Luckily that hasn't effected my. Enough other things sure do.

Martha dentistry on our animals is so expensive. I hope this wasn't too terrible.

got up this morning about 7:30 which is way early for me and gone by 8:30 and to Mesquite by about 4:30 was so glad to stop and so glad that they had a site open for me... last year they had one site got in it and looked and couldn't put out the sides if I am paying for a site the slides are going out so went back in and said I don't fit and they canceled the transaction... ended up in Cedar City which is another 100 plus from here and very dark was so tired... today was tired came in and took a nap then walked over to Jack in the Box for supper and to Smith''s went in for milk and tortilla chips came out with milk , choc milk which is a rarity cottage cheese, cookies, clementines 5 lb bag for 3 dollars and a few bananas, and I wasn't hungry
tomorrow not sure where I will stop at have a friend in Nephi hadn't planned on stopping there but might call in the morning little over 250 miles... will see

Didn't get much accomplished today.

Tonight, I finally got an email from my agent with an offer from the guy who saw it yesterday. It is $5K below listing price but definitely a good offer. He will pay cash and makes enough income to qualify for the park requirements. I will be meeting with my agent tomorrow evening to work out the details. He asked to close in 21 days but I don't think I can do that, so will probably suggest 4 weeks. I had my manager put me back on the work schedule and I think she has me on for the next two weeks so far. That would only give me one week to get everything done. :o Won't happen.
But just glad I got another offer! Once it is in escrow, I will be very happy!

Got my tax refund today too, so that helps. If this house goes into escrow, I need to set up a home inspection for the other house and go back out there for that. Will also get a storage unit set up while I am there so I can get things stored there for awhile until I can get things moved in there.

I was looking on-line at travel trailers and saw quite a few that are the size and layout I am looking for. I want something similar to what Lyn has. Will have to wait on that for now tho.
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)
