Rainy Friday

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Rainy Friday

I am in Eugene, running RV errands today. Got to check out generator and get nail removed from tire and get tire repaired. Also have to finish packing for my trip to Ohio. Taking goodies for grandkids, of course.

And, of course, being Eugene, it is rainy and cold. High yesterday was lower than Ohio!

And glad someone found Lyn!

Good Afternoon. Getting ready to head out to lunch with some friends. Nice sunshine and puffy clouds today with a high of 64 I will take it. Supposed to be even nicer tomorrow. We have had a pretty wet spring but our lakes and rivers are overflowing. Hope that will help with the fire season.

I am anxious to get out and work in the yard so hopefully this week. Weather looks pretty good but rain on Sunday. As long as we have a few days in between rain with some sunshine I am good with that.

Have a good trip Judy. And you are in the Willamette valley that is really known for its rain so dont be surprised if there is more to come.

The sun is peeking out this afternoon. And the temps (not considering wind chill) have gotten (barely) over freezing so things are going in the right direction. Ty got a good walk this morning... But I had to be super careful as that ice level from the start of this storm is slippery as all get out. He had no problems, of course.

I stopped in the store and got some employee paperwork done. Not all, but a start. I meant to print off and bring home the May schedule from last year to work on this year's. But forgot. May go back in a bit. Otherwise there's always tomorrow.

I've got to quit watching Hallmark movies. Someday.

Short day at work but very busy! I did 12 haircuts in just 4 hours! Whew!

Will be going back out to Palm Springs on Monday morning. Have both the home inspector and the termite inspector coming to the new house on Tuesday. Then back home Wednesday morning.

The woman from Oregon who put in the offer on my house, had her daughter come by for a showing earlier today. Hopefully, she got a good report from her. And hoping she will be able to come down soon to look at it herself. My roommate still doesn't want to let anyone look at her room/bath. I told her that if someone really wants to buy the house and are spending $125K on it, they have a right to see those rooms beforehand. So she reluctantly agreed to let them see them only if she is there. She is afraid they will go rummaging thru her stuff and steal things.

Sunny and breezy here today. I have tomorrow off and not sure what I will do yet. Oh, never mind. I have an appointment in the morning to get my taxes done. Then I can figure out what to do after that. Something fun. :D

Weds. I was having trouble posting anything and then my internet closed down got a text saying I was out of whatever... so had a day off the internet yesterday thankfully it reset today... guess listening to Pandora used up my whatever's!!!
dd said to use it just limit it more.... but for some reason tonight it wasn't playing right got batteries for the radio but either the ones I had here aren't any good or something as it won't come on so guess I will go get some more tomorrow... I like having noise around most of the time don't pay attention but like having it...
slowly getting stuff ready need to speed it up but the winds are still sounding high for Tuesday so not sure what I will be doing do believe if nothing else will leave the desert and check into a campground if it's too windy ...without a generator I am not sure if the solar's will let the slides come in ok... found out this winter that the plug in that you plug the 5th wheel into the truck isn't charging the batteries... so can't use it to pull in the slides... the lights do work though. so if I get all of it done and the slide in but too winding then I will stay in a park with electricity so I won't have to worry about it. I really want to be able to leave though there is a baby shower on the 20 for my granddaughter and want to be there it will take several long days as it's almost a thousand miles up to my summer home... my son in law leveled the site off and is putting in gravel so he believes I should be able to get in ok.. I was going through hoses those that connect propane to whatever?? I only have think it was either 4 or 5 one of which I need will need to figure out what to do with them so they don't make the journey back down...
part of my wonders if I should just put into a park for a month and go up and help the sister out but then I would miss a wedding on the 27 and a baby shower for my first great granddaughter and so I am being selfish ... her son has to have surgery on his shoulder guess it didn't heal on the 19 I am hoping she is home before then... was suppose to go home today but her wound is still draining more than expected so still in rehab and to see the surgeon on Monday... guess we will know more by then...
got one of my mats up boy did the person putting them down pound in the stakes!!! made it really tough to get them out...but I managed didn't want to trip over the stakes right???

My agent wants to do an Open House tomorrow since nothing has been signed from the woman from Oregon yet.

Then it turns out that the home inspector I called, doesn't inspect mobile homes, so he recommended someone he knows who does, but haven't connected with that guy yet. If I can't contact him this weekend, I will postpone the trip the PS until the following week. I don't want to make two separate trips for two inspections, so will wait until I can do them both at the same time. Will see how that turns out.

I hope I don't get bad news about my taxes. Don't need any more disappointments right now.

I made some brownies tonight to cheer me up!

Good idea on your agent's part. Go for it. With the "action" you have been getting thus far, you might just have a bidding war on your hands.

A good thing!

Good luck. :D
