Yes, lots of sunshine, at the moment. Benji and I got caught in a heavy downpour on our early walk this morning! He hates the rain! Snow up in the mountains, so cold wind down here. Happens every time there is snow in the mountains.
Judy...those were beautiful pictures!!!

Yep, sun is shining for now but more rain on the way and snow in the mountains. Winter storm watch for Julian and that area with up to a foot of snow there possible. Some heavy rains forecasted for here later on today.

I was supposed to go with a meet-up group to the San Diego Botanical Gardens today but that was cancelled due to the weather.

I have new neighbors. I noticed this morning a big tent pitched in the orange grove behind my house. It looks like a younger couple with some nice equipment. The tent looks pretty expensive and they are dressed decent with nice backpacks. I think they are just young travelers so probably not staying too long. Not worried about them at all being there.

Have the day off. Need to go to the bank and then to WM for a few things. I should probably go now while it isn't raining! :D

Have a good day!

on edit...well I timed that right! Just as I left the house it started raining, but as soon as I got to the bank it stopped. Was at WM for over an hour, no rain. Stayed clear until just now, minutes after getting home. Pouring out!

looked at the weather yesterday and we are having high winds for a few day's and threat of freeze think Thursday night will need to check that out so I can cover my plants if necessary tonight it's suppose to be in the high 30's and it's February folks  we should start to warm up ... but then I could be at my mom's where they had lot's of snow better here at least no snow
it's been a normal day with indexing and choir practice then this afternoon we had a meeting where a couple talked about working at one the church's orchards in Idaho and I had signed up to take treats so between getting home 1ish stuffed some celery and pickles back in town by 3 it felt busy but did put 3 rows on my afghan only one more to go. then some tying of the fringe and trimming the fringe so it is similar in length... then on to the next one my niece wants greys and blues... also want to do a Swedish weave should have started that one a long time ago but didn't want to start another project till the one was finish at least that is what I told myself think in truth I wanted time off ... now it's time to push it again as I want to give Sara's hers memorial day weekend we will see if it happens....I have some grey left from this one if I use it could start the border at least cause there are no yarn shop's here that carry the brand I like to use nor in Lake Havasu so will have to look when I get to Vegas..
did you know that GPS's won't find the right city if you put in the neck name??? when I went to pick up Alice at the hospital put in Havasu for the town didn't recognize it thought I was spelling it wrong then thought it wanted City... nope I finally realized that it really wanted the correct name Lake Havasu City!!! not Havasu as many of us say
