Good grief it was 27 last night with a wind chill of 17. Nearly froze taking the dogs out even though I had my Nanook of the North coat on. Mitzi thought I looked scary and refused to go. I didn't let them into the fenced part of the yard because they have found something tasty in the wood chips from where we had a tree cut down. I can't see anything but they come in with their faces full of wood chips Maybe I need to get them all muzzles to wear when they go out!

I'm going for for some retail therapy with a friend this morning, that will take my mind off the weather.

Yikes, the midwest and east are sure getting nailed yet with a late nasty winter! Glad I am not there. I would be so miserable! Sorry you gals have to deal with that.

Still having a lot of pain at night. I asked the doctor I saw last week if he would give me a referral for physical therapy and he did, so I will call and get an appointment for next week. My insurance doesn't cover chiropractors and I can't afford to pay for that right now.

Got quite a lot done yesterday around here. Lots of little projects. I have Sunday and Monday off so hopefully I can get caught up on more of them. I need to get to my painting projects but am worried about the strain on my shoulders from doing that.

I saw 2 hummingbirds early this morning trying to get out of the rain. We only got a little over an inch of rain but I am hearing thunder again. There is an area of rain to the West of here. If it's headed East the cook off might be in trouble. The forecast says a low of 42 tonight. Winter doesn't want to let go.

Still AM here in beautiful Utah. A little overcast and expecting some rain, which they need. Funny how part of the country worries about 1/2" if rain, when in other parts, it's just a spit.

Will be heading a bit more east tomorrow with hope of getting to Arches NP, Canyonlands NP, and maybe Capital Reef NP, but an oil change & mail is also on the agenda.

I just found a groupon for a chiropractor in San Diego. For $49 I get exam, ex-rays, massage and 3 adjustments. Worth a try!
I did OK at work but once I got home and sat down, the pain came back with a vengeance.

It was low 20's this morning when I got up.... So I went back to bed lol. Then I drove further than I originally intended because when I got out where I had signal I found the winds were headed back this afternoon and tomorrow. And the weather I'll go to in Keystone sucks.... Snow Friday... Highs in the 30's. Yuck. Lol. But it was beautiful this morning... Even though these pics don't do it justice.
