Brilliant title today huh Well, I'm retired now and don't need to do hard thinking anymore

Day 3 and my 2 alarm clocks with 4 legs are letting me sleep in until 6:30 ~ 1 1/2 hours later than the work wakeup, so I'll take it! I have no furniture in the house anymore except for a daybed and am sitting on lawn chairs. Everything is gone, but somehow, I still have things to do. Made a trip to get tons of paper shredded the other day and yesterday was looking at a new vehicle. I'd like an Expedition since it tows roughly 2,000 more pounds that the F150. Will hopefully take a run to Colt this A.M. to bring a few little things there.

Still counting down to house closing which is scheduled for July 13th - wish it was sooner. I don't want to cut grass anymore

Good morning
I've discovered its much easier cleaning house in the motorhome
simply because I go through this ritual of stowing and battening
down every time I'm gonna be on the move. Fixed my vent pipe,
it wasn't really broken, they just snap off, so I snapped it back
on. However, while I was at camping world I remembered I needed
a strap for the awning and the tension rods for the shelves in the
fridge. Didn't really think they were necessary but a tupperware
thing of beans fell out when I opened. Thankfully it didn't pop
open. So, enough said, I bought the rods.
Just relaxing and watching Maggie enjoying the different views.

Good morning from beautiful Green Lakes St Pk near Syracuse in NY! We got a surprise here....we cannot put our boats in the water. We have to rent the Parks sit upon kayaks. Walked around Green Lake yesterday evening. Tina and Liz are taking the puppers around both Green Lake and Pond Lake for their morning walk. Then I am thinking I have to go bird these beautiful woods while they play on the water. Liz shot a gorgeous Wood Thrush yesterday. I heard Veery calling, and Chickadee, Gray Catbird, Yellow Warbler, etc. Them birds are a calling my name, so I will bird while Liz and Tina water play. We are here one more sleep. Then it is on Northward folks!!

Anyone have Carolb's number? Please have her try to reach Liz or Birdie or I. We are heading up to Limekiln Adirondack preserve and wanted to see if she was available for a brunch meet up.

Getting ready to leave for Yellowstone. Spent the last couple days in Cody Wyoming enjoying the sights. Went to the museum here in town and it was fabulous. Will be at Yellowstone through the 30th and then to Billings and surrounding area. I will then head up to Glacier for a week. Met with Beth and Linda at Keystone last week for lunch. It is nice to put a face with the names, had a great time and even got to enjoy Linda's birthday sundae.
