Morning everybody,p. Bit cloudy out this morning, might have a sprinkle, but clearing to a nixe day in awhile. Busy day for me. Haircut this a.m., pick up a few things at store and get prescription filled. Then home to hitch up my trailer and go get the new tires put on. Three weks to leave time, things are falling nicely into place. Worked out in the yard yesterday, getting things shaped up. Have a couple of projects I want to do out there. No big deal, mostly replacing ties by a flowerbed and adding a few more across front of house to plant some bushes behind. Also have some paver blocks here that I want to make a walkway with. All in due time.

Donna, I was going to sugget Habitat to get rid of the rest of the stuff. Glad you found out about the lady. Hope they can help. Judy, soon as you mentioned the slide isue, I suspected a fuse. Just had that problem with mine. Only my fuse is punder the trailer. Crazy place for it, but easily gotten to.

Wonder where everybody is these days too. Guess all wrapped up in spring doings or out having too much fun to post. I'm going to wish you all a nice day and get mine started :)

Good morning from the Blue Ridge Parkway! It's going to be a beautiful day for a hike. And I have company already! Claudia and Howdy popped in yesterday afternoon and will play with me today. Hope everyone has a good one!

Have fun you two. That Howdy can show up anywhere! How wonderful is that. :)

Stuart is going in for his annual checkup this afternoon. I need to check about possible vaccinations for Lyme. Stuart won't need one but maybe the ones traveling east with me will. I heard that ticks and Lyme Disease is bigger than normal in the East this year. Not all those woodsy hikes are on groomed trails. Remi already tests positive for Lyme and has for over two years with no symptoms so he may have antibodies but that still leaves Audrey and Lark to think about.

Two more weekends of dog shows with Josef and then he will go to Camp Cindy (his breeder and co-owner) for the summer. I don't think his long flowing "show coat" needs to rough it around New England for a couple months.

Sue I always ponder the difference between your prep for trips and mine. :) At this stage between trips to dog shows, I take the vehicles in for their 6 month oil changes and check ups with the mechanics, throw a few things in, take out a few things and jump in and drive off. At this point I only know where I plan to land for Memorial Day...the rest is all jello! Yes, I sometimes have forgotten things (I once drove down to Sarah's in Huntsville without packing any socks and shoes. Only the sandels on my feet! ) but as long as I have the right dogs, everything else can be replaced if necessary! Since the rig is being used so frequently for different sorts of trips, reorganizing is sort of a constant and a given. :)

Good morning. Well, after 3 nice sunny days we're back to rain for several days. At least I was finally able to get out and mow and clean up after the storm last week. Lots of debris all over the yard and driveway from the trees. And the grass was so long and thick, took twice as long to mow! Looks like this is going to be the cycle for awhile! I need a herd of goats!

Looking like everyone is busy either already traveling or planning to hit the road soon! Hard to keep up with everyone! And Pat, hope you are enjoying your new grandbaby! Beth, are things smoothing out at the store and ready for the onslaught of tourists? If it ever warms up a bit I want to try to get up to Allegheny NF for a few days. Kinda of a tradition now to start the season for me! And looking forward to meeting up with Sue next month! Tina, I loved how you describe your traveling style! I figure if I have the dogs and their food we're good! The rest will come together!

Well, not much else happening here. Time to run the vaccum and pick up all the grass the dogs have tracked in the house! Have a great day and travel safe.

Good morning ladies
got my car back yesterday, the new relays seemed to be the fix.
At least it wasn't terribly expensive. Coffee pot arrived although
dimensions aren't what I expected, but mostly my own fault for
not accounting for the trim, which would have been ok had I
realized this one is deeper. Modification in the works, it will be
ok. However, picked up groceries and it won't be long now and
be ready to roll for a quick local trip.
Need to go to the bank today and stop for a haircut some where
Y'all have a great day, be safe.

Little Jeep is in the shop getting window fixed and all checked over. Am now just sitting here waiting for my new camper to arrive! Excited and nervous! Will spend the rest of the day checking her out and seeing what things I need for her. I decided to name her "Happiness" because money CAN buy happiness! Lol! Will call her Happy for short.

Hope you all have a great day! :D

Sue, I also suspected a fuse or a bad switch, and I did check the fuses in the fuse panel, but who knew there was another one in a compartment under my bed. Getting to it required unscrewing the plywood cover. Anazing how they tuck things away in these vehicles!

I am on I-70 and headed west to Indianapolis.

Liz, I really want to take the Parkway someday but it was too early when I left Florida. Will be looking at your blog.
