Another Beautiful Day and It's Sunday

It's a gorgeous day in the Black Hills. We'll get into the low 80's again... Before the drop to the 60's tomorrow. Things are going well with the store. And we have such a great crew; it's going to be an awesome summer.

Barbie, I do think you need to check the Grand Cherokee's towing capacity before you finalize the transaction as read in Colleen's post to you on yesterday's morning coffee. Just to be on the safe side.

Towing capacity is 7200#.
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Good morning
can't believe its Sunday already. Did a bunch of work in
the mh yesterday. Took out a panel between the two cabinets
over the table, low and behold a hidden shelf.! Will finish it off
and put the toaster up there and coffee necessities as its right
over where the spacesaver coffeemaker hangs. I ordered a new
one from Amazon. Put a knob on the bathroom fan and put a
few of my cold weather clothing in the closet I'm getting really
antsy to get on the road but I still have lots to do yet. I still want
to go up to the White mountains but two days of rain up there
is in the forecast. Will put that off for another week.
Lot of things on my agenda right now and still waiting on results
from doctor about my hip. Barbie, glad its all going well.
Off to Home Depot, y'all have a great day , be safe.

FINALLY, after three days of rain and almost 3" of the lousy stuff, it is sunny today. Still really cold and windy, but at least the sun makes me feel a lot more optimistic, and I am finally warm. My son came this morning and did a small project for me, and then took youngest granddaughter home after she spent might with me. She is 7 and really cute, which she works on using to her advantage, so she is really bad. I told her not to touch the hot pan as I was cooking bacon for her, and she kept chanting "Hot, Hot" while pretending to touch the pan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :o

That does not fly with me. Plus, I told her not to stand on the arm of the couch to get up on the bunk after I had put the ladder away, but guess what?? I really lit into her and told her dad that cute or not, she was really bad. The cute act is something only little girls do, and my other two granddaughters have never tried that technique. And I raised two boys, so they never tried it either!

Drying out the vacuum cleaner bags so I can change them and vacuum behind my bed now that I have everything out of there. I was planning on using the good weather and large paved camping spot at Carlyle Lake to do some maintenance like cleaning out bins, but got cancelled because of flooding. Got a lot of little projects, and doing some laundry today. Have a really bad sore throat and tired, so maybe not get to all of them.
