Good morning. Been a crazy up and down week here but temps at least heading upward! At least until next week when it's supposed to be more seasonable, whatever that means! We had a bit if rain last night and now my driveway is all yellow again! I'll be so glad when these trees quit shedding!! Finally took Lola and get her dewinterized and inspected on Monday and been slowly taking things back out to her. That gets rid of the pile that's been in the dining room all winter!

Barbie, glad to hear the closing went well! One step closer to your dreams! And happy belated birthday, Tina! Beth, getting closer to your opening and cold weather to boot! Spring will come! Liz, loved the pictures of your trip north. Gotta know spring is at least somewhere when I saw the pics of Anita's SS ride!

Well, don't know exactly what I'll get into today, if it dries out enough I may be able to get outside and get some more work done in the yard. Otherwise I definitely need to get to some vacuuming in the house! Always something! Hope you all have a great day and travel safe!

Good Morning. End of April coming up. 2017 moving right along. Got a month to get ready to roll here, things to do yet. Getting TT organized slow but sure. Two mods done. Chewing on ideas for couple more. But wanted to share some info I saw on an RV mod thread. Those outside bagge doors we all have on our rigs have the same type locks which have universal keys. Easy for anybody to open. The guy in the thread, went to Home Depot and got a set of same key file cabinet locks and just changed out the baggage door locks. Took care of the universal key situation as only he has keys for those locks. They are essy to change, just need to loosen the nut on inside of the door, take off the original out and put in new one.

Barbie, glad your closing went smoothly. Now on to new adventures. The resort I go to in the U.P. On occassion was sold and they had closing yesterday too. In a snowstorm! New owners sound really nice and got some neat plans from what old owners told me.

Guess the excitement for today is clean house this morning and then do some measuring in the trailer this afternoon. It's chilly out, supposed to clear and get sunny, but cloud up again later with possible shower. So guess I will get busy and get with it. Workng in trailer is more fun than house cleaning, but I have no desire to live with the Addams Family

Good Morning, a bit cloudy here but so far no rain! We need to dry out a little. We have been trying to get a tree cut down for over a month but stays too wet to get equipment back to it and it is too far gone for him to take it down with ropes.
Hooray Barbie that the closing went well, but what an odd question about prior addresses! A happy couple drove away in Elsie last evening. She is going to be LC Conestoga now. I think they fell in love when they walked in. I told them that was how many people made up their minds, they just know when they walk in it is the one. I have to admit, at first the selling experience was exciting but soon felt more like work. I did met several lovely couples. The first who looked at it would have bought it but the bed wasn't big enough for them and their dog and the lady said she didn't want to sleep in the floor as the dog had to sleep by her husband who was disabled. ! I told her only another dog person would understand that. I forgot to take my license plates off in all the excitement.

Good morning everyone... I'm happy everybody is selling now maybe I will be the third one ...praying that I will be... down to the nitty-gritty estate sale in a week... I just Clorox scrub all the porch patio furniture I feel like I've done a whole day's work... I got my last shot in my foot on Wednesday and I'm thinking I should have waited a week because it feels worse now than it did before I went in it still hurt but it hurts worse... I don't know when I'll get to Pennsylvania I'm going to have to sit here and babysit this house until it sells... not in my my plan.... but I guess squiggly Jello plans but we have to live with... after all we are not in charge... I guess today I will be putting stuff of mine but still in the house to the Florida room not going to storage for a few days probably not till after the estate sale.... well that's enough for today...B safe...donna

I am back in Ohio for the weekend, but have to go back north to Michigan next week to see more old friends and a dentist appointment. Then one more weekend in Ohio and Westward Ho!

Had a really bad drive yesterday with strong winds from the south along the Ohio turnpike. Had to drive just under 60, which did not make a lot of truckers happy.

Glad to hear everyone is progressing in selling and getting ready for summer!

Wheeeee, I finally got some internet!! There's been no internet or phone in the National Forest campgrounds I've been staying at for a week. The trade-off, of course, is the forests. Drew has stopped being Pool Dog and become Camping Dog again. We're having so much fun that I'm in no hurry to get home.

Now I'm going to read back and see what you've all been up to!

Lark is on her first RV trip with us at the dog show this weekend. So far she is not amused. We are surrounded by severe thunderstorm and some blustery winds. Her bladder is going to step up to grown up standards.
