Good Morning everyone. First day of November and time for Rabbits Roll Call. Seems like we just had Octobers. So hope you all check in and let us know how you are doing, what you have been up to etc. Always enjoyable to read everybody's posts.

Annual Dr. Visit for me this morning and then off to who knows what. Probably work on finishing up a handrail I am making on some outdoor steps. Hope you all have a good day :)

No rabbits this morning, but we have sheep! We will be off soon on our mules into the abyss, so you won't hear from us again until Thursday afternoon. See you then.

Forgot rabbits here also. But I was up for sunrise. That won't happen much longer when the time changes next weekend.

Off to get a good walk in before the heat settles in for the day.

Rabbits (or Squirrels) when your early morning mind isn't fully functioning. Stuart found that amusing!) Won't need to share the day to day "fun" stuff.
Just know there have been a few more dog show weekends, a new computer, some book reading, dog grooming, a purchase here a purchase there and very little house cleaning. We will be home this weekend. (The one weekend a year that the "Man in the Recliner is allowed to borrow the rig to attend a large Pottery Festival in NC in the mountains west of Asheville.) The dogs and I will then be off the beginning of next week for a 4 day dog show in Decatur, AL. If the entered dogs show up there will be majors available for both dogs and bitches. Even Audrey is optimistic! :) I'll save the Honda some wear and tear and probably leave it behind since it is just a quick trip down and back. The dogs and I are pretty good at packing necessary supplies for our journeys and dog show people are good to help in emergencies.

Have fun all of you until next month's check in. By then I might have even decided when to head south to avoid the cold.

Good Morning to All. Didn't say rabbits when I woke up at 2 a.m. - was just thinking ADVIL as my parts involved in yesterdays non graceful fall were screaming at me. Funny the bruised knee and had don't hurt at all but lots of other places sure do. And today we are going to be starting on loading the RV. Guess that will work out some of the kinks. At least the old bones held together.
We leave Thursday for Arizona then will cross into Mexico the 21st - after the last NASCAR race. This morning we'll head to the mall for early voting then I'd like to go downtown to see the new murals then home to work...

Still here, haven't spoken this morning, guess I could still do the rabbits :D Like Liz's morning sheep though !! I'm waiting for heater fixin ' people. They ran into a problem and out of time yesterday, soooo what else is new around here ??  Have things ready to bake my pumpkin bread, but oven is electric and I visualize them needing to turn power off half way through baking time. Of course, if they mess around and dont get here soon, baking may be tomorrow morning instead.

Fire in one of the pipelines again, should take RV down and fill up for trip. I try to fill at half and it's there, but thought I'd fill at end of week after thrift store run, after hearing news thinking maybe I shouldn't wait.

Well, things to do besides baking so will work on them until after these fellas have come and gone, they said morning, well , that's running out fast, I'm not a fan of waiting !!!!

Wishing you all a great day,
Stay Safe, Please,
CArol
Sooo sorry to hear of your fall, Carol !, but happy to hear you only have bruises and pain to deal with, they'll soon be a memory, falls are a real hazard. !! Take care, heal quickly !!

Good morning and Rabbits. Been awhile but have been checking posts! Liz and all, have a great trip at the canyon! Been, as usual, enjoying your adventures. I've had Lola winterized, just need to get the cover on her and she'll be all ready to sit out the PA winter. With this warm weather we're having I would love to get another trip in but one day it's nice and the next it's cold and wet and I lose my enthusiasm for a trip! Been trying to keep up with the leaves that are covering my driveway and yard. And only one tree is mine, the rest come from the neighboring trees! Got my flu shot at the drs office yesterday, hope that covers me for the winter! Sue, I so admire your energy! You always have a project going! I'm still slogging through the purge between outside projects! Guess having rainy days is a good thing! When the sun shines I just want to be outside! Donna, sounds like you're getting a handle on getting your dad's place ready to sell. And wisely taking time out to do something fun. Carold, have a happy birthday.

Well, that's about it for me. Need to go empty the leaves from the little trailer so I cna fill it again! Have a great day and travel safe!

Good morning ladies
Forgot rabbits, too much stress going on lately.
Getting ready to jump on the greyhound to ride into
El Paso TX to drive back a motor home for a very
sick friend. When this is done I can close out another
chapter in my book of life and move on. Means I have
stories to tell around the campfire. So I've called in
sick to work, and of course its a fib, but in all honesty
I did have a migraine this morning, so I say its just a
partial fib.
So, moving right along and looking forward to the last
41 get up to go to work days as of today, and since I'm
not going to work tomorrow, lets say its 40. Well now
that certainly gives me a smile.
Moving on, y'all have a great day and be safe.

I forgot rabbits this morning! Too busy talking to the dog. Ah well.

Yesterday was the first day of "tricks" class. Drew hid in a big box, sat and laid on a platform, put his forefeet on a big ball and balanced, pushed a skateboard, and started to learn how to open a mailbox! Ok, he wasn't particularly polished at any of those things, but it's a good start. He had fun. I had fun. What more can we ask? It's going to be a good month!

Also, first day of NaNoWriMo. We'll see if I can actually write 1500 words a day for a month. It's been a while -- since before I was so sick. Deep breath . . . jump!

Good morning. Just checking in, not much new going on around here.
We continue to break record high temps - 88 yesterday and same today with no rain in sight (bad drought here).
Niece is starting reconstructive breast surgery today.
Magic is in the shop for routine check up plus getting new locks on outside compartments. Should get her back later this week.

I forgot Rabbits and feel like I have been run over by a truck. Woke up at 3:30 and instead of getting up and taking something I just flipped and flopped until around 6:00. I must have gone back to sleep for a while and finally got up and took some Aleve about 8:00. Since I took it on an empty stomach, now my stomach is upset.

Not much going on this week. Next week Harold has to have blood work and 2 doctor appointments. I have a dentist appointment. That will keep us busy.

I am trying to find out if my club is having a meeting this month. Probably not, since I didn't get an email. The building for the Agg Department flooded in August and I don't even know where they are working. It hasn't been decided whether their building will even be fixed. They got the money to build a new meeting room but the property they have could flood again. The city will only let a 2' pad be built for a building and that wouldn't be high enough. If anyone could get an exemption they could but to raise land that high would cost a lot.

Said 'Rabbits' but not sure if I had already talked to myself! :)

Cool and cloudy - trying to decide if I want to ride to post office - daughter sent Absentee Ballot. Air compressor installed on trailer and has blown 2 fuses so obviously he didn't get something right! Pretty sure he also messed up the height sensor. I can deal with it. Knock on wood, the air springs have been staying inflated.

Donna, I finally let my fabric stash go. At my age and since I don't do a lot anymore, I knew I'd never use it all. I do have a couple projects with me - one is hand quilting and another is a small quilt. I donated all my fabric at a quilt shop who collects for a group who makes quilts for.......can't remember!

Good to see many of you checking in!!

Hello Everybody I'm checking in from sunny and relatively warm Hartford. Health wise I'm good to travel so I'm going back to the beach at Kino Bay, Mexico for the winter. Not taking my rig, however. My friend, Judy, and I are flying to Tucson on November 14th and meeting up with my rving friends from last winter. We will ride with them to Kino Bay and then rent a casita in the Rv park.
It will seem strange living out of a suitcase instead of having everything you need in your rig. Enjoy today. Peggy
