Good morning all! Been a few days since I've posted but been trying to read and keep up with everyone! It's been a crazy week here! Been playing Grandma part of the week! Sick kid the first of the week that needed care so Dad could go to work and soccer games the last couple of days! Plus a couple of appointments for me. So in between, trying to get things done around here! My crazy life!

Sue, hope you have a great week end on your get away. Alice, the countdown is going fast! Retirement will be here before you know it! Velda, glad you had a good birthday! And great news on Mel's scans. Sandi, hope you had a good time at Disneyland. Donna, been thinking about you and your dad. I dealt with hospice with both my mom and DH and they are special people.

Well, not much else from here! A couple of errands to run today and then do some more outside work. Temps have been cooler during the day so it's good to be outside working! Hope you all have a good day and week end. Travel safe!

Yes, this is a fantastic day! I had a lump found in a mammogram last week and had a needle biopsy this past Tuesday morning. Just got word it is benign!! Yea. Now I can head to Florida in a few days, on schedule.

As you might suspect, I have been very stressed about this, but now I can sleep much better.

Judy, I had one of those lumps and biopsy once and yes, the waiting is very hard, but I also had a good outcome. Usually if they are fluid-filled and they are tender to touch, they are OK.

Ava, I will remember your retirement day since that is also my birthday! We will have to go out and celebrate!

Still hanging out in bed...kind of a gloomy day but I need to get up and go thru more stuff. On my list is my storage room which isn't too bad, just some camping stuff, and go thru photos and get them organized. I have three days off next week again to downsize even more to make sure everything will fit in my Jeep and carrier. Then my last day of work will be Sunday the 25th, so will have the next 4 days to pack the Jeep up and clean my apartment and finish planning my trip.
