I can no longer get you on Facebook-----your page is gone, and your messages that you just typed to me on the chat thing have been removed. I can't think of any other way to get ahold of you other than doing this. Sorry to others, but I need to get a message to Sue so she can "fix" things! Guess I should go read things and try to get caught up on here!

Facebook has locked me out, why I have no idea. I had been talking with you and another member Eileen, sent Eileen a couple of links to another website and then Louise (havingfunnow) popped up to say hi and Facebook promptly sent me a notice saying that they needed to verify my ID before they would let me back on, gave me a list of what they call valid ID's, so I had to take a pic of my Driver's License, covering up the address etc. but making sure the birth date showed etc. and they said they would notify me once they have reviewed the ID. Needless to say, I am furious. This has happened once before. It took about 3 days before I was able to get back on that time. I will let you know when I am back on.

Happy to see you are alive this morning! I would be very afraid to show my driver's license to anybody online. I never had to 'prove' who I am when I joined Facebook, and you should NOT have to prove you are you now, either. Be very careful what you show of your identity. Makes no sense whatsoever. I will now go back and read Mitch's links she posted here to see if I can find out anything!

There's been a lot of hacking into FB lately. I also would not be giving any personal info out there. carold

This happened to my daughter needless to say she is finished with Facebook she wasn't going to jump to their hoops and not give out personal information like that it wasn't necessary...

DO NOT EVER send anyone a copy of your driver's license showing your birthday and license number. Sounds like you've been hacked.

Well, thanks Soos for looking for Sue here! I was about to message someone on FB asking them to get a message to Sue; now I know why she disappeared from my friends list and our convo went unanswered. Glad to know she isn't mad at us!

As much crap as there is on Facebook I didn't think they ever verified anything.

Yes, she better never disappear from here, think she has changed phone number, so I don't have that, gosh I might have to make a trip up there to hunt her down

I haven't been on fb enough to have missed her , but just looked and yes she's gone, was right at the top of my list of friends, hmmmm Sorry you're having these problems Sue.

This is the first I have heard of them needing photo proof but for sure many I know have been hacked on Facebook! Makes one wonder if FB is even worth my time. Hope you get it fixed, I never give correct birthdate, yet I know many who do.
