GR Morning all,
I need a reality check as these days are moving along and I can't keep track anymore either Okay, O'Sharon, tea's ready. Anybody for eggs, bacon and toast this morning? Or maybe French toast?
Rain moving in for next couple days. Spent yesterday outside, filling in some holes in yard where Piper has been "mining". Don't know hat she's looking for, commodity prices are down and so is oil Spread some bags of mulch and mowed grass for first time. So yard is looking good. O'Sharon, as far as keeping a house in show condition, by the time one pares down "stuff", and packs up things you don't need to use, you don't have much left to have laying around. I have found that if I go over house good on Monday mornings, the rest of the week is just a daily pick up thing. Make bed, wash and put away what dishes I use, clean up and dry my sinks, jand every other day run the vac and dust mop over the floors, it is easy to keep after. I've been washing my kitchen floor every other day. Then f I do have a showing, it's just a matter of picking up throw rugs, the dogs beds, bowls etc. doing a quick go over everything and done. Has become a routine now and really doesn't take that long. In today's market, buyers are picky. A good clean house is going to show better if they can envision themselves and their stuff in it as opposed to one that has a lot of clutter around. We have a product to sell, so must put our best foot forward.
Not much on agenda. Time to get dressed, make bed, run vac etc. and might take a quick run to town. Hope yo all have a Blessed Sunday.
