G'Morning,

Eggs, sausage, cereal, toast and soon to be fresh baked banana muffins available here for breakfast. Topped off with another mild spring day or perhaps it should be late winter day as spring isn't officially here till the 20th. But we know mom nature doesn't go by the calendar.

BJ, had to,laugh when you said your dogs don't want to go put as much right now. I can't keep Molly in. She's enjoying this first spring of her life and there's so much to see, sniff out and explore. Alice, sounds like you are ready to head back to AZ. Judi, know what you mean about money slipping through your fingers, same here. Kathleen has her mind on her MH roof now that spring is coming. We are all getting antsy. I moved my TT from it's winter parking spot onto my drive yesterday, so now can access it without tracking in mud. Felt good to hitch it up.

Nothing much planned for today here. Might do my cabinet door measuring project in the trailer, putter in garage etc. running out of things to do outside, as ground is of course still frozen and snow covered. Walks are kind of stopped too due to thawing/freezing of road. Might just have a lazy day.

So am going to go get those muffins going. Gals leaving Hardee Lakes today, have a safe journey to your destination. :D

Good morning Sue and all...it is a very hot day here already....I guess spring never sprung and it went straight to
the 80 & 90 temps of summer...so now if you want to get anything done outside you do it in the early morning before it gets to hot...I did pull a few weed out of my frog garden and watered it this AM...I am feeling much better..went to the doc on Monday and he scheduled me for an injection later in the month ..and gave me this strange belt to ware around my butt...and it is working...I have been almost pain free since Monday...so I will cancel the shot next week if this keeps up... I am going back to Hardee Lakes on the 26th will post about it in the GTG thread...so that's it for me...have a fun filled day and B safe...donna ;)
PS made a blog post if you want to go see....

Hard to believe this great weather... but waiting for the last shoe of winter to drop...
Shadow loves to sit on the porch and look around... he keeps looking for my neighbor Cindy to come out and notice him...
My phone lost most of its power last night and kept letting me know... I thought it was a message coming in but who would be sending me a message at 4am! Finally after the third time I knew it was out of juice...
Breakfast sounds good Sue... I will take an egg and a muffin... mm mmm good
Glad you are not in as much pain Maggie...
not much going on here... Kelsie did not come yesterday she went home with a migraine... she is sick a lot of the time... sure wish she would go to the doctor and find out what is wrong... but she does not have a doctor locally she would have to go to Springfield, Il... long way to go for an appointment...
Take care everyone and enjoy this beautiful day!

Long hike yesterday. Funny how I hike one trail a couple days a week that isn't much shorter, but it is level ground and zips right along. Peaches and I did it this morning. Yesterdays had lots of elevation changes - down, then up - and although not much longer, was much more work. I guess that's why the one is called an easy trail and the other a moderate trail, eh? But I love all the trails here and have one more (the longest hike I intend to take) to do, hopefully next week ... refuse to leave without doing it as the place I most want to hike to is along that trail. For that one I'll take the shuttle to the top and hike back down.

It's so hard for me to believe that in 3 weeks I'll be on the road north again. How time really does fly. I'm thinking of heading east next summer BUT it will all depend on how this summer goes. Financially, it'll be very good for me - so I just might decide to do the same job for a few years. We shall see! I have one cg in WI I'd like to work at - so close to IL and my old (OLD) friends, and also near to friends from my last jobs and my sister. So, lots to think about this fall.

I realize it's afternoon - so how about I share some of the oatmeal/peanut butter/chocolate chip cookies - no sugar - and delicious.

Good evening.
Sadly said good bye to Dell, Carol and Hardee Lakes this morning and I headed north - earlier than usual but to more good company again. I'm back in the Ocala area visiting with Irmi and Steve. Irmi even had dinner underway - hamburgers, baked beans and slaw.
Donna - so glad you are feeling better and you are right; FL went straight from winter to summer.

Did really well on the big audit at work, then immediately got a cold/sinus infection. Sister now has it and cannot babysit grandson until she is totally well again. Thankful it has been so warm because it's miserable being sick and even worse to be sick in cold weather.

Spoke with my cousin in TN tonight. Her 90 year old mother recently fell getting out of bed and fractured her hip. Big scare at first because she also kept blacking out and stopped breathing. The doctor believes the pain caused her to experience irregular heartbeat. It is very lucky my cousin is a nurse and knew what to do. My aunt is recuperating in rehab after surgery and is doing well. It is difficult to see our loved ones age. Heck, it's difficult to age ourselves!
