Good morning everyone...this will be my day to move on back to Melbourne...I sure have had a great time here...I am sure we all did...I don't want to leave I was going to go yesterday but changed my mind...I have to go today as I have a doc appointment tomorrow at 7:30 am...I will be coming back here on the 26th for a few days...the camp host here is also a mobile RV Tech..and he is going to caulk my roof...I discovered a leak...nice to have a resident Tech...he also got me a crank for my antenna ...I plan on updating my blog about my adventure here after I get back ....well better get busy...have a fun day and B safe...donna

Safe travels Donna. So glad that you were able to get away from Melbourne at least for a little while....enough to keep you spirit and dreams alive as you continue to be so responsible to immediate needs required of your current journey with your Dad. Hope that your own health issues continue to improve and respond to treatments so you can get out and about more.

Good morning
Hard to believe our two weeks at Hardee Lakes are almost over. Have really enjoyed both the campground and the wonderful company.
Liz and Soos had planned to kayak one of the lakes here yesterday but mother nature did not cooperate - a bit chilly and much too windy. We spent the afternoon chatting and Soos grilled hamburgers for us at dinner. In spite of the wind and being bundled up, we had a nice campfire later. The wind did chase us back to our rigs by 8:00 PM.
Looks like we will have a nice weather day - sun out but so is the wind, however it is much warmer and wind not as bad as yesterday. Vickie said she would come over today after church. Looking forward to her visit. Will miss Donna as she will be leaving early afternoon.

Oh my gosh! It was above freezing yesterday afternoon! It will be above freezing today! It's supposed to be above freezing every day this week!!! It might reach 50 on Wednesday!!!
Can you tell I'm excited?
Almost time to go look for winter aconite in bloom . . .

I'm so excited for those of you that have been in the deep freeze are finally seeing a reprieve. I hope it's a sign of spring coming for you!

I was happy that I wouldn't be dealing with the time change until I traveled to Keystone... but my phone (which I use as my alarm) decided that Arizona changes time and got me up an hour early. I had no clue - but realized it was still quite dark out - and after I was too awake to realize the error, stayed up. Going to be a long day, especially because I went to bed late (my own fault there).

Full cg, but as usual a couple are leaving a day early and one no show so it looks like I'll be able to move everyone around that wants another night. I like when that happens. I might even end up with one available site plus my overflow.

I've so been enjoying all the fun being had at Hardee Lakes. Thanks for keeping us in the loop.

I've been following MC - glad to see ladies recuperating, fun at the GTG, shopping preferences , travels, hitch itch, etc.

Thursday we took the SS to Lake Havasu. We have good friends here so have been in the desert riding the past two days. Ended up on some dicey trails thanks to washouts. I gave my seat up in the RZR for awhile yesterday and rode on the back of a quad as my friend gets off the quad and walks if things get too rough. I wouldn't want to straddle a quad for hours!! So, with being gone, the camper is a disaster area again!! Fun times tho!

Looking forward to Sandi and Marda arriving here today! The RZR is here and ready to go. Since Marda will be here longer, I will take Sandi out today - no dicey trails, but hopefully we'll see some blooms and critters!!

Exactly what I did - changed it to be set for Arizona after I realized it did that - don't remember having to do that last year, but my memory isn't what it used to be.

I woke up got ready went to church phone said it was 8:23 should have been cars lots of cars and there were none!!!
realized what happened but choose not to go home and come back then before church started realized that my phone needed
charging so turned it off when I got out of church around 12:00 turned the phone on and it went to the right time!!! sure hope I
remember this next time!!! hate the time changes!!! so it was nap time today
but it was a beautiful day what I saw of it
