Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Good Morning from the 45th,

Bit chilly here at =22, but temps will start rising tomorrow. Getting a bit back toward normal but still a bit below. Wonder if we are going to have another cool summer like last year although I had no complaints about last summer as I don't like hot weather anyway. 75 is about as far as I like it to go.

BJ, I have given thought to heading south for a month or so around about now, but when ones equipment is winterized, covered and also sitting in snow off the drive, one doesn't go very far. Plus seems like the weather these past couple of winters isn't allowing anybody to head south or north with the storms passing through.

LIz posted some really nice pictures of the GTG yesterday. Looks like everybody arrived safely and the weather was nice. That looks like a really nice park too. Thanks for posting the pics Liz. I know you are all going to be having a great time. Looking forward to more as the days go by, when anybody has time to post or remembers to take any :) CArolb, you certainly are having fun down in AZ. Too bad you aren't heading home this way, I cold put you to work getting my yard in shape for summer. Actually you can stay here and mow my lawn while I head out west

Heading for town this morning here. Banking, pick up some bread, milk etc. from store and also stop at ABC Warehouse and probably buy my washer. That way I will have it for the weekend, not that I need it right now. Washing is all caught up for at least a week anyway. And will probably take Miss Molly for a walk later today, as the sun is warm despite cold temps.

Guess it's time to get moving here. Need to get cleaed up, do the breakfast dishes, make bed etc. You all have a nice day out there and those at the GTG, enjoy. :)

Good Morning Everyone !! The sun managed to come out a short time while Maggie and I ate our breakfast, looking out over the water here is so nice. Really enjoyed last night and food was really good. Nice group here and I love this CG. Driving here yesterday was so nice, like driving through the Florida that used to be, not spoiled yet.

Won't get long winded this morning, IPad is not my favorite for writing you all know. That ole sun is trying to hang around, fingers crossed.

Have a great day and most of all, Stay Safe !!

Good morning gals! Sunny and 1* above zero here! I am ready for spring! Hopefully, March will bring in warmer temps.

Have a cold again. Sore throat and chest congestion. Taking Zicam to get rid of it soon, hopefully! Got a new humidifier for my bedroom so hopefully that will help too. Very dry around here, especially at work. I have a small humidifier at work but had to put it away since there was a rumor that State inspectors were checking out salons in the area and wouldn't approve of that being on my station. Well, they showed up yesterday, so now I can put it back out on my station. Really helps to keep the static down, eliminating shocks to me and my customers and hair sticking to everything.

Taking my dad to his new doctor today for a full physical. Have a few other things to do around my apartment later but will mostly lay low and take it easy today.

Have fun in Florida and Arizona for those gathered in the warmth and sun! Stay warm and safe for the rest of you! :D

Hello ladies!

It's past morning on the east coast, but it's still morning for some of you!

Sue, I totally understand you not wanting to leave your area with your unit winterized plus you'd probably have a heck of a time following the weather, with the winter everyone is having. That's why we leave MD before the freeze starts and go back north once it warms up. But it sure would be nice seeing you & Molly in FL! Donna & CArol, have fun at the GTG and keep us informed on what's going on. Maybe Liz, Tina and others can get some kayaking in. Barbie, I hope things go well at your Dad's appointment today. Hopefully your brothers aren't totally out of the picture again and leaving the responsibility of your Dad completely on you.

It's warmed up somewhat in central FL and at least the rains we had last night have moved out. The RV repair place was here this morning and replaced the two defective day/night shades. We opted to get them at this point as the price was right and had we gone the other route, that would have been lots of shades to replace, but we may do that down the road. They were going to get the surround sound going as well but the shades took longer than they had anticipated and they had other calls to go on. They're hoping they'll be back tomorrow. Anyway, one thing is scratched off the list.

Have a good day everyone!

Rainy here but not cold, and snowing in the Cascades so that's a good thing. Took Koka for a walk this morning in the drizzle and the air felt so fresh and clean. I love the smell of rain.

I'm a bit bored since I have a cold and stayed in yesterday. Plus, I'm wearing a Holter monitor for two days because I've been having PACs - but it comes off this afternoon and I can finally take a shower! I feel pretty good so I'm not TOO worried, but it's concerning. My biggest fear is that I won't be able to travel as I have been. My little granddaughter Celia and her daddy have colds as well, but her newborn baby sister and my daughter have not gotten it.

I'm ready for spring, and I'm sure those of you in freezing temps and snow are more than ready! Until then, stay warm and cozy.

Good Morning,

Barbie, I'm hoping the new doctor is a good fit!! My granddaughter (almost 16) who has Crohn's just started a new local doctor (Crohn's doctors are in Kansas City). Woman doctor said, 'At least you don't have to worry about getting fat!' That did not sit too well because this poor girl is going through H***, but she liked the doctor otherwise.

Sue, I remember at one time I decided if I had to live in rainy Washington all winter, I needed a trip to warm and dry in January! You ladies are tough cookies! :)

I came back to the RV park yesterday. The procession of ATVs heading up the 'mountain' for the memorial celebration was quite impressive. We had a gathering in the clubhouse after. I then attempted to drive the new RZR on my favorite trail. A couple obstacles I didn't do so well on, got some attitude from someone and remembered why I quit driving. Will find an easier trail for visitors! Will admit it is nice to have constant hot water, electricity, etc.

All of you at the GTG, we are jealous, but have a wonderful time. The DO dinner sounds delish. At least I'm sure Liz will use the DO she won - There are a few who would probably use it for a doorstop (I won't mention names including my own)

Judi snuck in. Yes, that is concerning so hoping for no issues

Hello gals,
Way past morning here but I wanted to let you know my surgery to remove the skin cancer was successful after two tries. Now I look like Frankenstein with the stitches and my head hurts. So I'm going to go take some Tylenol and rest; I'm beat.

Hope ya'll had a good day,
Kathy

Just got home from taking my dad to the new doctor. This guy is really thorough! My dad was in there for over 2 hours! He has several appointments coming up with specialists to check on a few things. One of which is to get his G-tube removed, which will be nice! I met and talked to the new doc and he seems very nice and friendly and willing to listen to my concerns, so that is a real plus too! So glad to be done with Dr "Quack"!

One of my brothers has been stepping up to help out with doctor appointments and also took over my dad's finances. The other brother isn't doing much yet...

Good evening.
I've fallen behind on posting photos.
Just added some from small gtg at Weeki Wachee where a few of us meet to visit with Dawn (under gtg section) plus added a couple to the ones Liz posted for Hardee Lake.

Record snowfall shut Huntsville down again yesterday. Got some nice photos from home - glad to see the snow from a distance. If I get them uploaded to photo bucket, will share a couple of those tomorrow.
