Goooooood Morning Sistahs!!!

I sure don't know about this getting up at close to 5am in the morning. Yuck!! Considering we have to be to work an hour earlier I should drag my butt out a little sooner than 5am I guess? But?????.... LOL But I do get rushed for time so I will have to see if I can force myself to set that alarm a little earlier.

Wow, some goings on and changes in lives are happening to a couple of our Sistahs. Oh, oh, oh, are the DH'S gonna live thru it? Now gals don't be looking at those pillows or baseball bats with lust in your eyes!!! There are other more legal ways.... I have confidence in that you will find ways of doing anything that you need to do. That's cause your strong women!!!

Don't have much time this morning for much but I got the coffee waiting here for everybody, some blueberry muffins, biscuits with a few choices of jelly, English muffins, some peanut butter and of course Biscotte cause it's Barbz kitchen and table after all.

I haven't been around much, the saga of Shirlv continues. My Dad passed away on Dec. 30 or 31 depending on who you talk to at the hospital. The descrepency of the dates is just the tip of the iceberg. My Mom always said "if you can't say something nice, keep your mouth shut". so I have stayed away. I had dinner with my gd and great gd last night. Nothing renews the spirit like a busy, chattering, smiling 19 month old. The sun is shining and promises to be a beautiful day. I think a long walk is in order, I need sunshine. Thanks for the coffee.

Morning! The sun is shining here & the winds aren't quite so blustery. We are going on an adventure around the CG today. Got the camera charging & we're ready! Me and the naked pups went out for a while yesterday & it felt so good. We're having a bit of cabin fever so we need a long walk about. I've been surfing the net looking at RV's & reading different forums. Good to know I'm not the only one with wanderlust.

Shirlv, I am so sorry you have been going through the loss of your Dad. I lost mine last Mar. and no matter our age, when you loose a parent its a hard time. Just wanted you to know someone is thinking of you and will add you to my prayers that your days will get better soon. Hugs to you.


Now Echo, what are you talking about, easier ways, legal ways to get rid of the Dh's? Guess I have really missed some goings on here. My few mins. I have alloted myself this morning, I am afraid is going to turn into much longer

Good Morning All!!!

Just got a couple of minutes here right now cause I'm waiting for Ernie to get back from his morning walk....Geez, you should have seen the shells we picked up yesterday morning....the tide has really been low and lots of shells to get.....so since I wasn't ready for the beach walk when he was today, I sent a bag with him Will take photos to show you our treasures....Thinking of adding them to my "rock garden" when we get back to PA...........

Thanks for putting the coffee pot on and setting out the AM goodies, Echo....have added some sausage patties and bagels with cream cheese to the table....

Good morning for a few more minutes anyway. I've been working at my computer all morning and it's time to get out and get some "real" work done, but had to stop in and say hi first. Catch you later.

Just thought I'd pop in to say "Howdy"... The hubby went off to the store..to do some errands for me...Alrigty...and I got a little time to do some Art work and of course stop in and see my "Sista's" ...How could I not.. ?????

Last night was wonderful...Critters bit the hubby..they were so happy to see him...knocked him right down and took over !!!! Zeke was the King..and he was surely grin'n from Ear to Ear...and the rest of the crew..just joined in.. it took about 20 minutes for everything to calm down...What a day that was...and of course this AM...it was like Gang busters to jump in bed and welcome again..just to make sure the Dads was staying LOL..

I was twitching to jump in and tell ya all..my table was set...LOL ..Echo was first one up...geeez Echo..did you use a bat on your hubby ?????? Something tells he..he walked on eggs..LOL

As for this afternoon..we is gonna take a Grape mobile ride around... then hubby is gonna do some fishing in the morning...Gosh RVGranny (Lori and Ernie) he'd fit in right with you all.... but ofcourse this isn't the fish you'd want to eat...NO WAY...he just catches and throws back in....

Tomorrow afternoon we is going to the Catfish place.. and that will make him happy.....he'll be grin'n like a Chesshire cat...LOL and then I can get him to do windows ..yep ..feed his ego and the rest is smooth sailing LOL..

Hey Liz.. I'd love it..you and Nan come down we'll do lunch and that lemon pie...now that sounds really good...we'll set that up too...

My week is gonna be moving fast as I have a huge lists of things I need to get done..So all do pray I keep him going..LOL...

Ok, I need to get back to some work... just popped in to let you know.. I miss ya all ...

Hi all, I just joined a little while ago and am feeling my way around the forum. what a great bunch of sistas (if I may use the term). I'm hanging around today for the repairman. What fun!!!!
