Good morning Donna & everyone!

Happy Easter!

It's 57 here and we'll get into the low 70's. I think we're supposed to have partly sunny skies this morning.

I plan on going to church this morning. This evening we're having friends over for Easter dinner. I'll put a ham in the oven, make potato salad, coleslaw and lima beans and we'll have chocolate meringue pie dessert. There will be plenty if anyone would like to stop in. Hopefully we can spend some time outside to enjoy the nice weather. Have a great day everyone!

HAPPY EASTER everyone! I too will be heading for church in a little while. Then coming back here and enjoying the day. Putting a small slab of ribs in the slow cooker this morning and I guess there is TX BBQ on the agenda for later too. Some of the TX workers are still here. Will be heading home to TX in a few weeks I guess. And Sassy and I will be enjoying a nice walk as well. Last one for this trip as we leave for home tomorrow.

Have a wonderful and blessed day everyone.

I will go to Church then come home and get the strawberries I cleaned and cut for short cake... will get Shadow and then off to my daughter Margie's house... what an easy part mine was for dinner!!
Great day planned... I hope everyone has someone to share the day with...

Happy Easter morning to all :)

Just said "so long" to Liz & Birdie! Spent the night with them at the casino up here near Sedona. They're on their way out this a.m. I'll do the Montezuma NP walk, then may head on up to Grand Canyon later today--or stay with them at WM....Was so sad to leave my old neighborhood, then to say "good bye" to Ava yesterday

Y'all have a great Easter, enjoy the good foods, praise the Lord, & be safe always! 8-)

good morning ladies
did my morning service on tv, seems I'm the only one in my family that recognizes the true meaning of Easter and also Christmas
makes me miss my grandmother as she used to take me every year to the Hollywood Bowl for Easter Sunrise service. We would spend
Saturday before helping to decorate the bowl with the Easter Lilies. Always a fun task.
Will take myself out to a good dinner of ham at a local restaurant as my kitchen is not ready for real cooking yet. That day will come
though, hopefully in about two weeks. In the meantime, microwave and quick stuff.
Spent yesterday working on the floor, ripped out the rest of the kitchen lino, pulling staples and using the steamer to get up the old
adhesive. Its a slow tedious process but it has to be done. Did a little rearranging in the living area so I would have space in here to
bring in my clothes and uniforms from the shed. Also brought in my toiletries and towels' Utilized the far side of the bed for storage for now. I actually have work space in here now so I'm not stepping over everything. :P
Carol stopped by one last time to say good bye as she headed north. She was such a big help and inspiration to get'r done.
Ok, enough, have a great day and Happy Easter to everyone.

Beautiful Easter morning here! Sunny and warm with no wind! Will be in the lower 70's later on. The ice is almost gone in our bay and I just saw a kayaker go by. The bigger bays are still ice covered but that won't last long. I will have to take a walk later to see where I can keep my kayak here by the shoreline. It is still at my dad's for now.

My oldest brother is taking us all out for Easter brunch later, so that will be good. :D

Hope you all have a nice Easter and have good weather to celebrate spring!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)
