just a quick good morning as I finish the coffee, have the car loaded to take stuff over to the shed and another load planned before it gets too hot.
Had a good visit with Carolb, and plan to see her again after the fifthwheel arrives.
Ya'll have a great day and be safe.

Good luck with the move Ava!

Feeling better this morning, and no more bleeding, yay! Off to work here shortly.

It is cold, windy and rainy here today. The ice on the lake is turning black and melted around the shoreline, so it won't be too much longer before it goes out. Even with the cooler temps this week, it will still be above freezing, so will still continue to melt. If we get some heavy rain, that will do even more damage to it.

Have a great day! :D
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Good Morning from sunny St. Cloud.

The dogs and I are sitting outside, I'm having coffee and listening to my collection of MP3 60s music playing in the window of the trailer. Goog and I had a yummy grilled supper last night----he had shish kabobs (ICK) and I bought myself a T-bone steak to grill YUM! I also had some mashed potatoes with sour cream and chives. The we Skyped with Mandy, Joe, and Orion for over an hour, which was next-best to them being here. Melissa is in Illinois having a women's weekend with her mother, her sister, her sister's baby, at her grandmother's live-in senior house. Her grandma will be 100 years old this year!

I don't envy your moving, Ava! Can't wait 'til you can get on the road and maybe meet up with you at a GTG some day! Glad Barbie is feeling better----although I have to admit I had no clue you were sick as I so seldom have the time to read all the posts!

Happpy Saturday to all!

Happy travels!

Well good morning everyone! Alice, every time I see a positive update toward you meeting your goal I get a huge smile on my face! YOU GO GIRL! Barbie, food poisoning is literally the sh!#$...glad you are feeling better. A T-bone sounds pretty tasty Soos!

I’ve been AWOL for a while. It’s been a busy couple of weeks. Started out with my friend, Faye, opening her mouth and getting the two of us roped into another project(s)! I swear to god that I’m going to take the wine away from that women. This time it was garters to match prom dresses. Started out that it was only one for another friend’s daughter…then two, one for the daughter’s friend….then it ended up being five of those suckers all decorated with ribbons and lots and lots of bling. I’m the sewer and she’s the decorator and we swore that we were done with garters when her daughter graduated. My dear friend Missy, who has had an absolutely rotten past year celebrated her 50th birthday last Friday. We had all promised that we would help her celebrate in style. So we rented a large family suite at a motel in Mitchell and had a big girl’s night out birthday party. Unfortunately some of us decided that we were 25 again and partied until the wee hours of the morning with the young ‘uns who were there. I was pretty much toast on Saturday. Saturday evening one of my professors, mentor and friend who was like a second mother lost her battle with cancer. So Sunday I made a meal and delivered it for her family. With the rosary on Monday night and the funeral on Tuesday I was on the road back and forth to Yankton a lot.

This weekend has to be catch up on cleaning and laundry, pretty much been ignored for a couple weeks. I’m quite sure that there is enough fur on the floor to coat another dog. We had some beautiful weather this week and I think spring has finally sprung. Suppose to cool down next week and get some rain which we desperately need.
My mind works like lightning...one brilliant flash and it's gone.
