Good Morning from the 45th,
Sun coming up this morning. Looks to be a nice mild day till late afternoon, when rain will be moving in.
Been pretty quiet on Coffee these past couple of days. Guess everybody's busy with personal things these days. I'm heading out myself later on. Need to take my new truck to dealer on a recall, minor thing but want to get it checked out before I head north on Sunday. Seems like every auto manufacture has a recall out for something these days. Guess quality is gone downhill. Then off to bank and shopping. Really exciting stuff.
Spent part of day yesterday at Camping World. We all know that's dangerous place
Actually I spent very little, just picked up a few things, but will be going back after I get home from up north and do some serious shopping for a few things I want. Also looked at some of the new rigs out there. Dream on.....
OKay, just have cereal and milk this morning along with some strawberries, so help yourself. Meantime, want to wish you a wonderful day all.

Everyone must be on the road now or getting ready for it. Too busy for breakfast!
Just getting ready to go to Urgent Care this morning. Had food poisoning yesterday with the "works" all day in the bathroom.
Since then, I have been bleeding from behind all night and this morning.
Need to go get that checked out. Never had that happen before.
Was in the middle of spring cleaning my apartment yesterday when that hit, so my place looks like a tornado hit it!
Have a good one!

Good morning ladies
Doing tires today, currently waiting for my hired help to show up, and son to get back with the floor jack. Hoping to have the
project done by noon. Carolb is in town too, hoping to have dinner and a visit with her later. Will get the majority of stuff moved
into the shed tomorrow. The tow guy has to work Saturday so he's shootin for Sunday. I really can't get moved in until its placed
and I clear all the stuff out into the and then bring the other stuff in. What a process that will be.
Ya'll have a great day, Carolb, hope your staying cool over there, its not usually this hot here this soon.

G'morning all
Yes, Ava, I'm looking at your "new home" park this morning while I have my coffee...looking forward to our gtg, & helping if you need me!
I had a great week boondocking in the desert, joined by Anita for a few days--always such a pleasure to be with her! And the heat--THANKFULLY my genny decided to start, so I've had AC. The dang thing hadn't started for the past three months. Tell me there isn't a God!!!!
I've kept up with a bit of reading MC, but now have forgotten what all is going on. So will just say the usual--be safe, healthy & happy!

Good Morning!
And what a morning! Up at 6 to leave with LeRoy and the RZR at 7 - no coffee - for a 2 hour drive and then a 50 mile ATV ride before driving the 2 hours back here. All loaded up and L's truck wouldn't start! Now having my coffee! The plans for this adventure have changed a few times, and I was starting to feel a little uneasy about the whole thing.
It was great to visit with Carolb for a couple of days!! Hot weather, but we sat in the shade and were grateful for any breeze! Our desert visits are so casual - no worrying about where to go or what to do.
Some of you may remember my mentioning my granddaughter (just turned 15) was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Latest tests show she has healed, down to 9 pills a day from 16 and doctor urged her to try eating some ice cream - a no no for about a year and a half - which she did without issue. Crohn's won't go away but can be controlled - my late husband had Crohn's.
Have a good day and safe travels to all on the road!!
Barbie, hope you feel better and no real 'damage'.
Ava, will be waiting to hear how everything is going!!

Sunny and nice this a.m. so did some extra work in the barn, pulled the hose out so I can water the horses without buckets, yay! Catching up on a few phone calls, checked email and FB to see what's going on. Having a get together with friends and family-a fish fry so I have to pick up a few items at the store after work.
One of my horses has a disease which causes her to grow a super long hair coat each winter, this year it's about 6 in. long and will easily matt. My plan is to give her a good bath and tomorrow my friend who grooms dogs and I will go over her with my expensive (and HUGE) new clippers to get her back to normal. It will be a "hairy" situation for sure! lol
Barbie, I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well-that sounds really scary. Please let us know how you are as soon as you can. We will worry.
Sounds like things are coming together for you Ava, I'm glad!
Well, I'm off; here's wishing you all a wonderful day! Catch ya later.

I have already been to town and heading back in a little while. Went to get my hair cut and pick up tax papers. Have to bring papers back after DH signed them. I'm so glad to get my hair cut. It was a week of bad hair days in Galveston.
My friends are having a crawfish boil later. Much better than having to pay $25 for a 3 pound order at a restaurant. They usually do that on Good Friday but their fishing boats are going out Easter Sunday so they will be too busy.
The acorn doesn't fall far from the tree.
My son just called me wanting to know what to do with a dog they found in their yard. It's limping and he can't afford to bring it to a vet. I gave him the number of a rescue group. Maybe they can tell him what to do. I see a dog in his future.
Barbie, your condition doesn't sound good. Food poisoning can make you feel so bad and can be dangerous. Keep us posted.

Well, it's past morning, but adding my Hi! anyway.
Out here with the kids in San Diego. Going to tag along with daughter's BF while he goes up to UCSD for a class since DD is working today. Looking forward to trying out the public transit with someone who knows their way around. He hasn't gotten DD on it yet, but I have high hopes of doing so before my stay is over.
Looking forward to seeing more of the town with the 2 of them during my stay & just glad to have a break from the office for a bit.
Ava, so excited for you - enjoy your visit with Carolb & Barbie, take good care of yourself - keep us informed.
Well, better put on my sandals - he's ready to roll...
Later...

Well, I am back home. The doctor at the Urgent Care sent me to the ER at the hospital. I was there for several hours while they took a ton of blood (like I needed to lose more of that!) and put me on an IV for my dehydration. Test results came back with no sign of infection but doc says blood is from irritation.
So I just have to drink lots of water and eat soft foods for awhile. Then go see my regular doctor next week. The bleeding is already down quite a bit now, so that is good. Just a little cramping occasionally now. I'm gonna live!
Another gorgeous day today, but is going to dip down for a few days again, but still in the 40's which I am not going to complain about, after how cold it was just a couple weeks ago!
I bet it is nice in San Diego! Wish I was there! I had a dream last night that I was still there. Woke up disappointed! When I was living there, I would have dreams I was still living in Minnesota, and then when I woke up, I would be SO relieved!
Have a good rest of the day, and thanks for worrying about me!

I will be going to my regular doctor next week. I am already feeling better tonight.
"Food poisoning occurs when foods tainted with high levels of bacteria are ingested. Typical symptoms of food poisoning include multiple bouts of diarrhea, nausea and vomiting with abdominal pain or abdominal cramps. Other symptoms of food poisoning can include bloody diarrhea, chills, fever..."
