Good morning Lori & all to follow :D

Gray here too, but I definitely like the temps better than in NY  BTW, Lori, glad you are able to stay longer where you are--a lot of work to pack up and move.

Still cleaning here at auntie's. Looking forward to getting away for a few days or more--back to Orlando area. Anita, did you make it to Disney??? Hope to see you soon! Wickham (or is it Wickingham or ?) cg sounds great, so I may do that.

Y'all have a great day & be safe always. Baja ladies, how's it going??? 8-)

Good Morning from Fort Wilderness!!

Yep, Carol, I made it as did Red. I haven't seen her yet, but we have been in touch. Let me know when you are coming so I make sure to take some time from the World.

Getting set up in this campsite was a bit of a challenge with the electric and cable in the far corner! Too many trees for the satellite - tho I tried to find a spot.

Just love all the Christmas décor people have put out! I feel like Scrooge but can't carry that stuff around all the time. Did buy a string of lights yesterday and my Mickey lights stay up year around in the camper.

Today I am off to Hollywood Studios. Let the fun begin!

My daughters are sending photos of Christmas preparations. The older one took two of the grands shopping for my gifts to them (had to try them on). The younger daughter sent photos of her decorations - many of which were mine. Fun to see but a little too nostalgic seeing things I used for years.

Hope you all have a good day whatever you are doing. Safe travels to those of you on the road!

Good Morning all,

Gray day here too, but no precip. I've been up since 8ish, already put out the trash for pickup day, threw the recycle stuff in their bins from the kitchen, took some stuff to the basement to put away, organized my pile of stuff by the door to pack later this week, have a load of wash going and soon heading to the dryer and stopping by here to say hi before I return to getting Christmas cards ready to mail out. And it's only a bit past 9:30. Have a I wore you out yet  Actually I have to leave around 12:30 to drive to Petoskey for an eye exam this afternoon, so I'm getting a few things done before I leave, need to stop in Gaylord on my way through.

Carolb, Wickham park is a favorite of Donna's. Should PM her and she can tell you all about it. Anita, glad you are settled in Ft. Wilderness. Let the fun begin. I'm sure it won't be as much fun for Chris as she had hoped.

Thanks for breakfast, Lori. Sound yummy.

Okay, I'm outta here. You all have a gareat day wherever you may be. Those of you in the NW and across the Midwest, bundle up. Another storm is coming

Good Morning !!! Overcast here in Lake Wales also, have no idea what the weather is going to be, I'm not cold so really don't care :D Clean in here some is top on my list today, my family are gone to work and school, so I have all day for me . Louise, is close by want to get in touch with her. Carolb, if and when you go to Wickham, give a holler ok ?? Anita, enjoy your time out there, my hubby and I, had a blast out there. Take a hike over to the lodge too, it's all decorated this time of year. In 97 when we were there, the trail over to lodge was an exercise route, that's when you find how out of shape you are. I laughed so hard at myself couldn't do much. My husband did great. The barns for all the horses for parades are kept there, huge creatures some of them. So much to see in CG area, we never bothered to go to park, had free tickets too. Plenty to do and sounds like you have the time to really enjoy!!

I may make a trip out to store, that is still on the "might do" list  Relaxing is on the agenda, a 5 & 8 yr old , after that long cold drive , think I need a Rest !

Hope you all have something interesting and fun planned for some part of your day. Stay safe whatever you do ,

CArol :)

I wasn't doing too bad until I just checked the weather forecast!  Snow, sleet and freezing rain for the next 2 days here and then subzero  temps after that! Yikes!! So not ready for that!

Still have a little bit of my cold hanging on. Have the day off and need to get laundry done and some other things. Maybe a nap in there somewhere as well... :D

Hope the gals at Mickey World have fun this week! (Anita, what kind of Mickey lights do you have?). I love Mickey Mouse! I have a Santa Mickey hanging on my apartment door, and a Mickey decal peeking out of the back window on my Jeep! :D

Have a happy, healthy, safe day! :D
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Good Morning All, Its a nice crisp 55* here this morning. Light blue sky and fluffy white clouds. (haven't I written that previously?) The weather person promised us rain this week! I'll believe it when I see it.
Anita, Fort Wilderness sounds divine. Have fun and say HI to Red when you see her. We are all feeling sad for her for the loss of her brother.
I have exciting news..I'm going to get two of the Baja gals visiting me in San Diego!!! There is so much to see and do around here. I have them for one whole day. My plans for them are in my head and its spinning.

We are getting a little rain but it's still in the low 70's. Much better than the 40's.

We had to bring my DH's truck to get the rear glass replaced. He hit it with the horse trailer. I could have made some money if I could have gotten someone to bet with me. When he came home with a short bed truck I knew it was coming.

Ft Wilderness is one of my favorite campgrounds. There is so much to do in the campground we had trouble getting the boys to go to the parks. I was at a GTG where someone had some Mickey Mouse light up ice cubes so be sure and get a set.

It is so pretty right now! Just started snowing and the snowflakes are HUGE (golf ball size  ) and just floating around all over! Looks like a snow globe! Not supposed to amount to much tho which is fine with me!

My lights are red and white Mickey heads - like peppermint candy. I bought them several years ago, and I didn't see them anywhere today but saw them online not long ago.

This ole gal isn't up to as much as she used to be! My back didn't handle today well, but it was still fun - different shoes tomorrow. Guess that's why I'm staying 12 days so I don't feel pressured!! I always get confused as to where things are located in the parks here compared to Disneyland!

I do know Red and hubby went to Magic Kingdom. We all have tickets for the Very Merry Christmas party there tomorrow night. I should see her tomorrow - definitely think being here is better for her than doing nothing.
