Good Morning everyone,

Can't believe it's a bit past 8:30 and nobody's started coffee yet this morning. So guess I had better get a pot going. Oatmeal and blueberries on menu for this morning.

Just looked at Sarah's post from their 3rd day on the road and they are having nice weather and beautiful scenery. I can just picture it. Should continue all the way to Mt. Pleasant. And yes, I'm sure you are going to run into some construction along the way. Those orange barrels are often referred to as MI's state flower now, Haven't heard a peep from Liz or Peggy since they parted ways with Carolb earlier this week. Wondering if maybe they are under the influence of all that German beer down there in Frankenmuth and not able to post worth a darn. Anybody heard if they need any of the bail money?

I'm still under the influence of this darn cold. Head a bit stuffed up but at least not coughing. Wish it would disappear altogether. Not sure yet if I will be taking trailer over to county park or not, will see how I feel by Saturday. Otherwise will go over for the days the gals are here. Naturally, one always feels good until something like this comes up and then wham, something comes alng and knocks you flat almost But I do plan to get outside today in the warmer air that is coming in, so hopefully that will help. Taking a short ride over to the county park to see what's going on as far as sites and reservations are concerned. I'm sure that there will be plenty of sites as this time of year, camping season starts to wind down for the families other than on the weekends.

Well, I'm going to take a nice warm relaxing bath and wash hair, then start my day. Hope you all have a great one too. Those of you who are on the road, enjoy your trip, travel safe.

Good Morning Sue... I have been reading e-mail for a while... that is my kind of breakfast and I will fix some when I am finished writing... I have been sleeping much better these last few days... did not wake up till 7 this morning...
I got on the trail again yesterday for about 10 min... will continue to do that in hopes of building some strength... the pain is not completely gone but it is better... it got stirred up sitting on folding chairs Sunday evening... will watch that from now on...
Today I need to vacuum... sure will be glad when they finish with the paper work and find some help with cleaning here...
Shadow is doing fine... back to his own self now...

good morning all.space spacecomputer man says hard drive on my computer is finespace space he will now reload all the Microsoft stuff that he thinks is but stop botched up messed up screwed up space space so hopefully this might be my last audio typing space space I hope everyone is feeling well beautiful blue skies here today I'm off bye for now and bye

Good morning all. It is cool and raining here in Houston. Such a nice relief from the 100 temps we've been having. Today is cleaning day. Darn if I can't blame the weather and put it off for another day. I have been cleaning out closets and will send a lot of the nicer things I no longer want or need with my younger daughter up to Seattle to other daughter and grand kids. So, I'm off to make myself a bite and some coffee. Then back to cleaning out closets. Have a great day and drive safe.

Good Morning All, There has been lots of parties lately for the friends 100th birthday. She said she didn't intend to live this long, it just happened!!!
Another friend had her son retire from the Navy, being a Captain and an ER Doc. That was another party. He owns a home on OAHU and will continue to work in Hawaii. (hope that is the correct spelling, red)
All these parties have been catered...the only way to go...lots of good food.
Another friend fell and was in the hospital for a few days.
Gads, everyone is getting old! Our Mayor hasn't resigned yet, and continues to give the late night talk shows more content to make fun of us.....Oh oh, Gloria Allred is on her way down to SD right now!!!

I'm enjoying Soos's posts. I'll have to ask my son if my tablet does that. I hate trying to type on it. I don't know how people type on phones.

I need to go to Lafayette to pick up a battery charger at Sears. I'm going to beat someone's behind if I find this one in the yard. My DH is the worst about leaving things where he uses them. The mower died in the yard and we were having to jump start it with the 4 wheeler.

It's 80 this morning and overcast. Hope we don't get more rain today. Yesterday we got another 2 inches.

Still camping with a couple of peeps on the Willamette River east of Eugene. Weather is terrific. Lots of great food, beverages, and Movie night outside in the loges. Going to drive over to Big Pines Campground this am and show K2 the area. We could not ask for better weather...80's. My kind of weather. Staying here until Sunday so a great relaxing time for all of us.
