Good morning to all. The Ruckus in the Mountains has begun in fine form. There are warm blueberry muffins for breakfast, made with fresh-picked wild blueberries from Soos' estate. So far Louise (Roadweaver) is here and Soos' friend Richard, me of course, and we eagerly await others to join us this week. Naturally the party is ongoing and waits for no one.

It's cool and crisp here in the Adirondacks, but the sky is blue and promises to be a beautiful day. Hope you have a great day wherever you are!

Good morning Liz & all to follow :D

Yahoo! I'll be driving up to the Ruckus for the day! 8-) G'grief, so many things have come up for this week, that I can't do an overnight :( Well, if I weren't leaving for an almost 3-week trip on Friday...but yahoo for that too--to caravan with Liz & Peg.. :P

Good to hear you're on your way home Red. Sharon, tiny as you are, I can't imagine you eating your "share" of pizza & crabs--those buffets make money on you, eh? Martha, great that you get to visit with Vicki & Ronnie--isn't it great to have a gtg in your own backyard? And soooo gracious you are in describing my poopers as "exuberant"

Since I woke later than usual, I need to get going. So y'all have a great day & be safe always! :P

Good morning everyone. I sure wish I was headed for the Ruckus. But alas, we are on our last leg home. Spent the night at the Chousatta RV park in Kinder, LA last night. DH was so tired and had an upset stomach that he never even went into the casino. He went right to bed and is still asleep as I start to get ready to hit the road. About 4 hrs and we'll be home. The only good thing about gong home is I will get to see my daughter and Birdie. Otherwise I would be roaming from one get together to another. :P

Everyone have a great day and stay safe when on the roads. Aloha y'all

Good Morning and oh am I green with envy not a good thing.... hello Ruckus friends... those blueberry muffins sound delightful... the best thing about the wonderful GTG's is the chatting and visiting... I do that best! Enjoy every minute friends...
This morning brought a clearer head... slowly getting back to normal but it is way to slow for me...
I think my wonderful daughter Margie has hung me out to dry she has not called since she went home on Friday... I drive her crazy...
Have a memorable day everyone... oh Red I think a skype (can't spell that one) is in your future!!! Lori you are still in my prayers...

Good Morning

Went to check on Magic yesterday afternoon. Discovered campground had had electrical work done early last week and they did not turn power back on at my post. House batteries were dead, fridge hot, nothing working. How bad is that for batteries/ other things?
I did turn power back on and stayed long enough to run engine about half hour. Light indicated fridge back on but needs longer to see if working. I forgot to look at propane; assume it ran the fridge until batteries died. Will go back to check on things tomorrow or next day.
Way too much to do today and I'm off to a very slow start. Better get moving before day slips away.

The batteries will take a couple of days to recharge, after that have them check to see if damaged. Also your carbon monoxide detector probably ran down and as that battery re-charges it may chirp. At least that is what happened when I ran my batteries by turning my fridge dial just a little to far past the off and it switched to DC

Good Morning All, I'm Home! Had such a nice time, I stayed an extra day. Weather was perfect, warm sunny days and cool nights. Fire over on the western side of the Sierras, wind blew smoke over to us on the eastern side. Didn't bother us tho, just caused pictures to be not clear. Three generations of humans, five dogs, three cats. Fishing was good. Oh, those trout are delicious. The smoke must have bothered the birds as they weren't as plentiful as previous years.
Hey to the Rukus people! Have some of those blueberries for me, I love them! I'm following you on my map. Have a great time.
