Another Sunny Tuesday

Good Morning out there,
Another sunny and dry day on tap here in Northern Michigan. We are really in need of rain. Fire danger is high, no burn permits being issued, not that i am burning anything anyway. But things are greening up so pretty. It's amazing how many shades of green nature has in spring.
Well Soos, today is supposed to be you leave day from Wickham, so will be your first tow with your new truck. Hope all goes well. It sounds like it was a fun week despite the rain.
Barbie, so sorry to hear abut your dad's issues. I know it's hard on you. That would be nice if you are able to get your own TT eventually, but not so nice in the way it has to come abuot right now. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Ava, sounds like you have found your own little piece of heaven down in Payson. Keep counting the days Sandi, it looks like you are having a bang up of a trip. Great traveling there. Enjoy, enjoy.
I spent almost all day yesterday on the road too, over 200 miles to two RV dealers. Went to the one that had originally placed the order for the Rockwood to confirm the cancellation and then looked at a Forest River Wolf Pup. Bit too snug for my liking and a little shoddy workmanship on this one, must have slacked through the final check process. Then drove cross state about 35 miles to the dealer that has the Sportsman that I have been eyeing. Looked at a couple of others that were on the lot as well. The one that i had looked at last week had been sold but the people who bought it, arrived the same time i did to pick it up and were more than happy to let me look it over again. I love this floorplan, but here again, the TT itself is well within my vehicle's towing range, but the darn hitch will go over the hitch limit Although the folks who bought it, were going to tow it with a small vehicle than I am driving and no weight distribution hitch. The dealer said that a weight distribution hitch for me would spread the hitch weight out over the vehicle and trailer so I could tow it. Well...... We shall see. I'm just going to bied my time here and keep my eyes open for something. Still haven't thrown out the van project idea, but not many vans up in this neck of the woods. Might even be another MH deal out there too yet.
But todoay is going to be spent here at home and in town. Need to pick up some stuff to continue on with the landscaping overhaul and also need new latch for my patio door. Still in the hunt for the micorwave too. So will be busy doing that stuff today.
So wishing you all a wonderful day. Those on the roads, enjoy your travels and stay safe. I know there are going to be a number of you traveling before long. Will enjoy reading all about it.
