Finally Friday

Morning everyone,
Well, Friday is here again. Seems like the weeks are just rolling along here. Always do when the weather is nice, warm and sunny as we spend much more time outdoors enjoying it. At least those of us in the northern states do. Beautiful morning here, but a little cool, in the mid 40's, which is fine by me. Good working outside weather. Barbie, glad you missed the snow. Funny this is, that storm is sending moisture up through WI and in between both of us. Nothing happpening here either and isn'lt supposed to, except for perhaps some pop up showers in the central part of the state.
Hallway painting is done, just need to do some touch ups here and there, Ms. Tessa and I are off to see her vet later this morning, and then I will be working out in my yard this afternoon. After dinner last night, I spent about 45 minues pulling up old rotten landscape ties in front of my porch. Am going to replace some of them and use the black landscape edging along the endge of my flowerbeds. Actually I should call them shrub beds, cause that's what's planted in them. Neighbor is planning on getting a big trailer load of mulch and is going to pick up some for me as well. But that will be a little while as the place that carries it, has yet to get their mulch in.
Carolb, I was noticing an interesting thing the other day. With your "u" missing from you computer, we never realize how many words have "u" in them. I'm thinking it's the same with "m" as my m key is starting to wear off.
Sounds like the Wickham Park GTG is getting a bit rain soaked. Guess they should have gotten some kayaks or Soos taken her canoe, so they could paddle around the campgroound
Going to zip an email over to the RV dealer I got my last TT from, to see if he is going to get any of the Rockwood 1906 model in stock or if he orders one for me, how long it will take to get it and how much. Then am also going to check same with the local dealer here on a Flagstaff 19RD. Problem I hate, is that in order to get either of these models, I am going to have to pilfer some green from the fund I have set aside for a future trip out west. But maybe that trip won't get off the ground either. Never know what the future will hold. The Sportsman 190 is still on my radar screen, but I need to go back for another looksee. Right now, I am more content to get things done around here now that I am retired, then to worry about heading out to the campground. But I know that will change after things outside are done. so must get with it. Kathleen, I believe that the MH has been sold, as I too cannot find the ad on Craigslist anymore.
Oh Tina, mileage is immaterial for me too. I"m used to driving long distances up here and always have been on the road. Before moving up here permantenly, my parents had what was to become our full time home here and we were back and forth from suothern MI every weekend in spirng and fall, mom and I working for a school district spent the summers up here, and then every other weekend in winter. 500 miles a weekend, not counting any place else we went. It's just that I have projects that I want to get done here in my yard before the warmer weather really sets in and I am not in mood for running all over the place right now.
Ava, your grandson with his scary dog has big dreams. Breeders tell me there is no money to be made in breeding dogs. Not wit htodays vet bills etc. I'm going to be so glad when you can get retired and get to your rig and away from all this drama that has been consuming your life. Hang in there girl. Yolu will make it.
So with all this in mind, I am going to head out here. Need to get cleaned up, get dressed, wash hair etc., before Ms. Tessa and I leave. So enjoy your day all and keep dry down there at Wickham too.
