Lots of reasons to be thankful, but the two on my mind this morning are that we may get our Harley back today from the shop and, despite the rain yesterday, we had another beautiful sunset here at Sunset Isle. Enjoying the relaxed pace, but thinking it may be good to do more walking today. Trying to figure out our next stop as we head back slowly towards Oak Ridge, TN, where it's still TOO DARN COLD! What's up with you today?

Good morning, all....Quiet day here today....the guys are going to do a store run, but basically, it's a "hang out" day....
Still chilly, but the sun is out...
We all need to rest up after our 2 days of touring...Posted photos last evening of our adventures...
Okay, need to get around and do my morning pickup, then maybe finish that hooded baby cape...
Have a great day, all...

Good morning to all - spent a relaxing but busy day in Huatabampito. soon will hit the road again north - probably as far as Hermosillo and tonight will probably be our last night in Mexico for this winter. It is strange but it is getting warmer as we go north.
It is windy here on the beach this morning. Hopefully it won't be inland.
Safe travels to all.

Welcome to a Thursday of more cold... not spring here... was 12 over night and will be 30 later today...
Sitting and enjoying coffee and the flames from the fireplace... sure will miss that when I move maybe in 2014...
Will vacuum later and try to clean off some of my flat surfaces...
Take care everyone
Kathleen

Hehehehe . . . Sister #1 tells me that yesterday, the first day of spring, saw a high of 27 and snowfall in Michigan -- but I am presently visiting Sister #2 in Florida, where I am happily paddling about in her swimming pool.

GOOD MORNING ALL!
Back in my wonderful trailer, I am, at my St. Cloud campsite which I dearly love. I had thought my camera was back here, but it isn't, so when I get home again, I will have to make a better effort to find it. It got cool again overnight, but this bright sun now has it a perfect day. Unfortunately, we didn't get a fraction of the rain we needed yesterday. However, it loos as if some mowing may be on the list of things to do around here this weekend.
I get my back skin cut open today, and something not-cancer-but-not-normal cut out. I also have a few more "things" I wish to have looked at to make sure they don't become nasty things.
The sun and the lowing of the mama cows and their babies is so nice to wake up to. There's a nice breeze rustling the leaves, and the dogs are so happy to be able to come and go with no tethers or leashes.
Hope you all have a wonderful day, wherever you may be. I plan to head for the coast on the weekend to see Wickham Park for myself, and plan which site I would choose over there if I had a choice to stay at least a week. Maybe after mowing on Saturday. Donna, will you be around? I can't seem to find your phone number, so if you could private message it to me I will call you.

Cold and windy, but very sunny day here along Fernandina Beach in Florida. It was still only 46 when I woke up at 9:30 am and I ended up turning my electric heater back on after turning it off. This is really a beautiful campground here along the dunes and beach--very quiet and scenic. I am headed in, facing the sand dunes with a small view of the ocean in the distance. Really only a 300-400' walk to a very deserted and gorgeous beach. Highly recommended!
Can't believe how fast my days go by. This is a very busy time for me because one semester is ending and another beginning that I have to get ready for. Plus, I have had to rearrange some of my May plans for Ontario because it may take two weeks (worst case) to get my floor fixed in Indiana. If it takes that long, I will call my son to come and get me from Cleveland where he lives. His house is only about a four hour drive away, and I can stay with him if need be.
Right now I have a wonderful view of dunes in front of my vehicle and a tiny view of the sound and Cumberland National Seashore in the distance. Also, enjoying my satellite TV I am really happy I got a couple of months ago. Amazing how your days fill up!

The best way to get a message to a specific member is to pm the person.
