I was reading all the morning posts and thinking Boy everyone is up early and sure busy - finally figured out today was Tuesday not Monday.
We will start our journey north today. Leaving Mazatlan and not sure where we'll be stopping for the night. We are cutting it close to Santa Semana - Easter Week when half the country will be on the road heading somewhere to vacation. So this time we are pretty much heading straight to the states.
Right now it is too foggy to get on the road but should clear up as soon as the sun is out. Except to put a few last things away we are ready to go. Well as soon as The Driver gets dressed that is.
Everyone else traveling - drive safe.

Safe journey to you and the Driver Carol as you make your way home. Maybe you'll bring some warm weather with you, it's cold and damp here and may even get some snow this evening. I have really enjoyed your winter adventures, thank you so much for your blog.
I'm not motivated at all this morning but the sun is making a brief appearance and I can see I need to get out the vacuum or the dust mop. I have one more dog to groom and I'll have that chore behind me. Andy looks a bit like he went through a lawn mower his cut is so uneven but he had mats neither of us had the patience to work out so I took the scissors to him and can only do so much to even him out
oh well, it will grow back. His Auntie Elayne who is coming next week will love him anyway. She lives in Florida and he just is crazy for her. I don't dare tell him she is coming or he'll go wait by the door. It still surprises me how dogs know people by their names.
I hope everyone enjoys their day, I will once my dentist appointment is over this afternoon ACK ACK ACK

Good morning ladies
Posting from my phone, experimenting the possibilities
Weather is good. I have a good ten minutes until my next
run. Sure wish it meant a road trip, but that will happen
Sunday when I drive out to meet with Beth and Karen.
Can't wait.
Later gotta run

GOOD LATE MORNING TO ALL!
I heard about the horrid weather in Alabama and Tennessee last night, and, as Chicky said, I sure hope Wendy and Sarah and any others who were in that path are ok today. They may not have any power this morning, but hope, other than that, things are ok with them all.
It's another sunny, warm (70s) with a breeze here this morning in Orlando, with not much chance of needed rain showers later. Last night was the first night that the tree frogs started singing, and I LOVE that concert! I moved out onto the porch to sleep and was lulled to sleep by their wonderful music.
I just got off Skype with my daughter and her family who are at my mountain house for the weekend, and the snow is now coming down hard up there. They are making plans to rev up the tractor to plow the driveway as it fills in once again. It was so much fun to see Orion! We can't Skype when they are back at their house as their internet connection is so slow and weak, but it's perfect when they are at my place.....like talking on a phone with a huge screen to see each other! Made my day.
I guess I should go water my shrubs and roses in the front of the house, and my new Zinnias also. No plans for today other than gather up stuff to take to the trailer tomorrow for several days. I figured out my income taxes (I owe 650 bucks) yesterday, paid for another month of internet service on my Verizon Jetpack card back at the trailer, made an appointment to get my truck serviced and appraised to see if trading for another of equal quality is feasible, and will go on Thursday to get a minor surgery on a pre-cancerous thing on my back. Busy next few days.
I will anxiously await some news from those in the path of the tornadic and hail weather. Hope everyone will have a better day than yesterday was in many sections of this country.
Carol, I hope you have good driving weather as you head north.

We have another beautiful day and it should get close to 80. It looks like the rain will miss us.
I'm thinking about trying to load up a recliner to see if the Lazyboy store can fix it. I think it needs new springs. When you recline it wants to keep going back. I have been to town everyday for a week so don't want to miss one.
I could go look for shoes again.
Went to eat boiled crawfish last night. That was the first time this season. That's a lot of work for a meal. I would rather have fried crawfish but fried food doesn't agree with me.
I need to pick a doctor and make an appointment. My doctor retired at least 3 years ago and I haven't been since. I keep looking all that information up and then lose it before I call. Think I want to go to the doctor! I got a shingles shot last week and they wanted to know my doctor's name so they could send him the information. I told them I don't really have a doctor.
Have a safe trip Carol.

Martha, I just bought a new Lazyboy, and they showed me that there's an adjustment you can make to get the chair to recline and stay put. You might want to call them before hauling the chair in -- they could probably walk you through how to adjust it.

Good Morning,
Safe travels back to the States, Carol.
We took RZR parts to Lake Havasu for repair yesterday - a nice change to go there. Lunch and shopping. When my niece was pregnant before, I did a couple little cross-stitch bibs for her. 2nd baby due the 29th and I hadn't even thought about doing anything. Picked up a couple boy bibs to do - sure wish I had thought of that earlier because I have wanted something easy to do.
Absolutely shocked last night when younger DD suggested she and I go to Carnival in Rio sometime!! Told her I had never thought of doing that and would she consider Mardi Gras instead! A foreign country traveler I am not. Always thought I'd like a balcony room over the parade in New Orleans.
When RZR is put back together, we will be off on a ride. Times are getting very busy here as I get ready to leave the 31st! L scheduled 2 very long rides next Tues and Weds.
Have a good day all!

I really slept in this morning. I need to focus more on getting to bed before 1:00 am!
Anyway, I am happy esconsed in Fort Clinch State Park, Beach campground. It's about a 300 foot walk to the most empty and gorgeous beach. The campground is at the edge of the Cumberland Sound and not too far from the pier and breakwall that separates it from the ocean, but it so wide, it really feels more like ocean anyway. Saw two big ships come into port yesterday and I went for a long beach walk with no other humans in sight. Wonderful.
Strong wind came up late last night just as I was getting into bed, so I had to get dressed and go out with a flashlight to find my mat and retrieve it in the wind. I hauled it back and folded it up and then weighted it down with the boards I use to level my rig. ANother thing I need to fold up at night!
Tasks today include finishing the last four reports I need to grade and going for a bike ride to the visitor center for some exploring. I have nine days left here, so lots of time for everything. Hope everyone has a good day, especially those on the road.
